Upon a referral, I came in this office and saw Dr. Duncan. First impression was that the front desk staff was very friendly, and above average when it came to setting the appointment and collecting the information needed for the appointment
The doctor took his time, more so than any optometrist I’ve ever been to. He asked quite a few questions and try it out a lot of different contact lenses to make sure that I had one that worked perfectly for me
He had me come back a week later to check the fitting and then gave me a few other sample pairs to try. Overall this office takes the time to get to know the patient and offers a lot of suggestions versus the type of office to treat you like a number and wants to see as many patients as possible

I was passing through this area when my sunglasses randomly decided to break. I saw this optometry office close by and walked in asking if they could repair them. Within a few minutes, they came back and handed them to me as good as new – and to my surprise they said there was no charge! I’d give them 10 stars if I could! THANK YOU!
