This is the second time I called Tim Gaspard with an emergency. First time it was a problem with the installation of my washer and dryer. He responded immediately and got the job done in a couple of hours. Yesterday morning I called him at 6am and he called me back right away. Our hot water heater was leaking and died so we definitely needed a new one ASAP. Tim got it done by late afternoon and my hot water was back on. A fair price with excellent customer service! If you need a plumbing job he is your guy!

Last summer we had the misfortune of an extensive water leak. It was very comforting to be able to rely on a company with so much efficiency, reliability and integrity. Tim kept his word on every point, whether it was estimating dryout/repair times or expenses. He was very knowledgeable when it came to dealing the insurance company which can be very intimidating, not to mention the other parties they required to access the damage and repairs. Tim gave advice that saved us money and yet still achieved the results we were hoping for. I can honestly say our house is better than back to normal because of this company.
