Dr Klein has kept me waiting for the longest time every time I went to see her. Her botox treatments were pretty good, nothing great, and I thought she treated me with a cookie cutter attitude. Plenty more derms in the area who are far better with better priced botox also.

This review is for Dr. Klein’s Maui location. I am so grateful she visits our island on a regular basis. I always use her during my 5 month stay here each year. She is not rushed and has an ease about her. If you have to wait a bit be patient and know she will take the same time needed with you as she did the client before you. She is an excellent caregiver and I am always pleased with my results. No doubt she is the best at what she does and never pushes you beyond your comfort zone. I trust her skills and knowledge 100% Thank you Dr. Klein !!!

Dr. Klein was highly recommended to me by a friend with beautiful skin. She told me that Dr. Klein was professional, knowledgable and thorough. She was right! The staff is also very kind and helpful with answering questions. I’m glad I finally found a dermatologist that can help my skin to look it’s best!

Appointment times are a joke. I waited 45 mins at my consultation appt and another 50 mins at my second appointment. I ended up leaving the second time. The staff was not particularly friendly nor did they address the long wait time. I walked out without anyone caring. Wasted $ 75 on a consultation and out of principle will not return a third time to use towards services. Go see Dr. Batniji in NB. Great doctor, kind staff, and no long wait!

Have been going to Lorrie Klein for a few years now for Botox & filler (Juvederm, Restylane & Voluma). She is knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly, I’ve gotten excellent results! She has a vein finder to minimize bruising which is great around the eyes where I used to always bruise. The lip filler experience is also such an easy, breezy procedure with her freeze spray can:). Dr. Klein is conservative and listens well to what your beauty goals are so no worries about going too far, etc…
The office staff is wonderful also. The skin care beauty bar has high quality stuff and I believe to be fairly priced. In summary, Lorrie Klein is first rate and I highly recommend OC Dermatology to anyone!

I have been coming to Dr. Klein for years and love her work. Highly recommend. She is the best when it comes to Botox and cheek and lip enhancement. You never look over done!

Lorrie is fabulous. She keeps me looking my youngest. I joke around saying that thanks to Lorrie, my husband will never need to leave me for a younger woman, because I’ll always be the younger woman!

Another visit to OC Dermatology with Dr. Klein for Juvederm Plus injections for my lips and marionette lines. The procedure is always satisfactory. Close to pain free and the results are perfect. I don’t know why anyone would go for fillers to anyone else. Dr. Klein is truly an artist!

I would highly recommend Dr Klein and her staff. I feel completely safe and comfortable with every and any service that I have done. I have had botox with Dr. Klein and she is the best. I have had facial injections and laser. There is not other office I would go for these treatments.

Dr. Klein and her staff are fantastic. I have never had a problem getting an appointment and never had to wait too long in the waiting room prior to being seen. It’s a clean, friendly environment. I trust this dermatology office so much so that I’ve referred many friends and family.

I am writing this review (first one ever) to share my experience with Dr. Klein. I am 57 yrs old and have been wanting to get fillers and botox for years but was panicked of looking freakish or not like myself. After truly years of research I decided on Dr. Klein and made the appointment. I went in planning on purchasing 2 syringes of Voluma because all my girlfriends who are much younger were getting at least two and were told they would probably want more during their follow up appointment. (FYI, these were all purchased through a «deal» and never by a true Doctor.)
After meeting me and studying my face for several minutes Dr. Klein said I would need only one syringe and a little Botox between my brows. I am so used to my previous dermatologist trying to sell me ten different items that I don’t need during just a mole check that I was amazed that Dr. Klein was actually saving me money! As for the results, I could not be happier! My face is not sagging anymore and for the first time in years I feel pretty. I’ve had several people comment on how nice I looked! Most asked if I had just had my hair cut, which I haven’t in months;)
I cannot thank Dr. Klein enough for giving me a confidence that I have not felt in years.

… Well, they were very accurate! I was seen on time and my consultation for Botox was turned into treatment (this was not expected and Im extremely grateful!!) after she planned an individualized treatment for me based on my own particular issues (no cookie cutter here!). The office staff was courteous and pleasant. I came in for my appt at 12:30 and was assuming to get the typical Dr office «everyone is at lunch» attitude — but not so here! It was business as usual. I’m very impressed — over delivered and that’s how I like it! Glad to have found her!

Pre-​booked appointment. Waited 1 hour 15 minutes to be seen. The physician was not apologetic for my wait, she did complain about seeing 30 people a day. Perhaps this place is just poorly mismanaged? I will not return.

Dr. Klein is an excellent dermatologist. I saw her for Juvederm, Botox, and Voluma. I was nervous about getting Voluma because I thought it could really have the potential to make a face look strange if it were done improperly. Dr. Klein did a PERFECT amount of it along with the Juvederm and Botox. I felt like I looked 10 years younger leaving her office that day. She told me to come back for touch ups if I wasn’t completely satisfied with any of the fillers or Botox. Another plus is that she is extremely personable and friendly. She made me feel so relaxed. Her staff is very personable as well, and they are always pleasant on the phone and in person. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Klein. She can make you look beautiful! She is truly an artist.

I’ve had several treatments with Dr Klien and also her Ultherapy technician Julie. The results from Ultherapy will show in several months however, I’ve noticed a remarkable change for the better in my under chin area and that was almost immediate. I just had filler put in today by Dr. Klien and I’m extremely pleased with the results. I can say nothing more then, Dr Klien is an artist i would recommend this office and Dr Klien to anyone wanting to fight the signs of aging. The best in OC.

I have never had any problems visiting OC DERMATOLOGY. In fact, we moved out of OC to Riverside five years ago and I continue to see Dr Klein in Laguna Niguel!
