Martin delivered amazing customer service and response time to my inquiries. As a prospect, this is what I am looking for in a partner company. His precise data has given me a framework for which to make financial plans around, such as renting my primary residence in lieu of moving out of state for a more affordable cost of living. These are not decisions to make lightly but not only did Martin understand that, but served in the exact capacity that I needed at the time.
If I choose to rent out my condo, Martin’s my guy.

Martin was amazing to deal with… professional and helpful. He sold two houses for us. I would recommend him to anyone… even Unilocal… even though they have changed my first review to show a negative post. Doesn’t that defeat the purpose of Unilocal. Martin gets 5 stars and Unilocal gets ZERO !!

Martin was great to work with, he provided detailed information about the property, his timing of when to ask questions was spot on, had a copy of the contract ready and even provided the sales and listings he used to list the property. As an appraiser it does not get any smoother, I got all the info I needed on the front end and finished quickly. I definitely recommend.

Community Partners is top notch! They have helped us buy one house (2012) and sell three houses (2004, 2007 & 2015). VERY knowledgable in all aspects of real estate and construction.
