The Home Depot

I went back to this place to buy a front door for our house. I Pais the $ 45.00 to get a contractor to come out to do measurements. The guy arrived an hour late with an attitude. Weeks went by without hearing back from home depot. I went back in and the guy at the desk said he didn’t have our measurements. Short story is they still can’t find them and they basically said to go stand in the customer service line to get my money back… long line. That was the short story… imagine what transpired in 3 hours! They suck! I’ll never use home depot for anything but replacing a light bulb.

Just DONT come here!!! Worst service ever!!! No1 knows what they are doing and or they don’t want to help. I saw it was 3 reviews thought what could be so bad OMG just DONT come here unless you work in hardware/​construction! You will spend hours looking for people to help then to be sent to a different area with more people looking confused and out of it!!!

I went here to get a few things, to end up checking out at the garden section with some teenager ringing me up.

After I noticed another employee watching him a few feet. But after he got a little frazzled, the employee never stepped in to help. The poor kid accidentally rang up my transaction incorrectly, but I didn’t notice until after. Wasn’t horrible, since I bought 4 tiles for 25 cents, yet he rang me up for 10 cents a piece.
Before I left, he asked if I’d be interested in a quick confidential Home Depot survey, which I agreed too.
I figured it would probably help him get some kudos with the other employee breathing down his neck. He said it was just a survey for Home Depot.
After completing the survey and leaving, I have received a $h!t ton of telemarketing phone calls from other businesses connected with the Home Depot survey! Thanks for telling me it was a Home Depot confidential survey– didn’t think my personal information would get passed around to a ton of other businesses. And even after I blocked he calls– they insist to call form
Unknown numbers and names! That’s a holes!

Encountered 4 different employees and not one of them knew where items were located in the store. We waited 40 minutes for the staff to search for a vacuum that was in stock (5 of them were in the store). They never found them. We left and went to the mission viejo location and purchased exactly what we needed.

Home depot is cool but my friend lowes is cool too. I want to be friends with both but when i hangout with one or the other they show me how theyre cooler with bigger or better selection or even sometimes they hook me up with deals. But seriously you guys need a hotdog stand like back in the day. Thats worth a star all by itself

I came to the store to replace my existing lights in my bathroom that’s takes 8 lights that is rusted, came in looking for sale associate first I got a Old gentleman saying it on i’ll 45 on the left, I see what I’m looking for but don’t see a package of them so i find a guy name Jim they don’t have it and I should shop on Amazon or find a specialty light store since they don’t offer to do special order. What? Then why display one? What the hell. As I’m leaving the store you told me good luck. I don’t need luck just the replacement part. Last thinking I ever got there was webers grill that I spent over $ 1500.00 I’m not shopping here a again. I just order what I need from Lowe’s home improvement. Thanks you, Jim 11−16−15

Home Depot’s great. I think it’s for everyone. The selection is nice & the return policy is w en better. My favorite is to order online & do an in store pick up. Give me the chance to read reviews on items & then decide which one to get. U can pay for it online & just pick up in the store. No need to wait in line. The customer service is great there as well. Everyone is usually pretty friendly & helpful with things.
