I’ve spent many years as a TM meditator and have had the pleasure of listening to many associated speakers, and working with several TM mentors. Praise of David Lines from others must come from new to relatively new meditators who haven’t had comparable experience. Lines’ lack of poise (centeredness) and seeming inability to handle the unanticipated, does not put him on my A-list of TM agents.

TM is a marvelous technique. It is simple and effective. You could not ask for better teachers than David and Azita — they will do whatever they can to ensure that you get the most out of your practice. I started TM December 2014, I immediately noticed, my sleep became deeper and longer and my focus on work and daily life changed. Even though on average I meditate once a day instead of twice a day, I can see the positive changes in my life. I recommend TM to anyone that wants to live better.

Hands down, TM is the best form of meditation, I have ever found! Ever. That says a lot because I’ve tried everything. It’s life changing. I am calmer, happier, funnier, at ease, in the flow, etc. If I am ever stressed or feel impatient, I’ll do TM and I come back a newer, refreshed person. I recommend this to anyone and everyone that will take time to do self development and improvement. You won’t regret it. Also, David and Zita are gems. Such kind individuals.
