I’ve been here twice now and each time I’ve received excellent customer service. The store is nicely stocked with a wide assortment of fun Kate Spade items. I will be back again and again.

As a Kate Spade loyalist and fan, I was thrilled when I learned a boutique had opened on Maui! We had to pay a visit right away! The shop is located in Whalers Village. The sales clerk Jen was as sweet as she could be.
I noticed there was not a counter with a cash register and Jen explained the reasoning. It is a new concept and it gives the store a cleaner look. Plus it gives more room for merchandise. Payments on debit or credit card can be given to the sales clerk and completed just like at the Apple Store. Cash payments are taken care of in the back office.
This particular shop had a nice selection of handbags and clothes. They are also one of a handful of stores to carry the new Kate Spade swimwear line. Jen informed me they would have swimwear year-​round. They also had a few items exclusive to their Hawaii locations (Oahu and Maui only). A Cedar Maise handbag with adorable hula girls on the front was one such example.
If you are a Kate Spade fan, then I would highly recommend stopping by this shop! Treat yourself to something as a momento of your fabulous Maui vacation!
