I had a dental emergency when we were on Maui in 2009. Went down through the phone book and found Dr Kobayashi. I called the office to see if they took walkins, and I was told to come in, they would work me in before lunch. This was around 9am. I drove into Lahaina and checked in. Within 30 mins I was sitting in the dentist’s chair. Dr Kobayashi came in, I told him what the problem was, and within an hour or so was walking back out with my problem fixed. I couldn’t have asked for a more friendly setting and the charge for doing this work was reasonable as well.

I live in between Maui & California… this visit to Maui I needed a dentist for a simple procedure… cement a temporary cap back on…
I was charged $ 597.23 for this… and this is not the worst part of this review… this doctor is very arrogant and extremely rude.
He is not an oral surgeon… a general dentist… please check around for other dentists… this is not a person that you want to trust with you teeth… must less your bank account.
