The staff and manager are very helpful. The store just sells Crocs, so you probably get the widest selection in the area. No high pressure sales, just helping you find what you want. Also helped us with an issue on a previous purchase. And we paid the normal price, I didn’t expected that while shopping on Maui. I can’t think of any room for improvement, so giving them 5 stars. Located in the Outlets shopping center.

I, unlike many folks, actually don’t have a problem with Crocs per se. I just feel compelled to point out that this store envelops its entire side of the street in a noxious cloud of «rubber fumes» at all times of day. I was waiting for my better half to wrap up some shopping at the store next door, and I found myself having to cross the street just to escape it! Seriously: I worry for those employees! Sometimes working retail must be like watching paint dry, but this place risks adding injury to insult by making it smell like it! :)
