The service was great each of the 5 times I visited. The Acai Bowl was bowl was a favorite of mine. The croissant was good too. I only had their ice coffee and is was good.

I have had better coffee at a truck stop for 99 cents. This weak cup costs over $ 4. Beware! Make the coffee in your room because it will be the same.

Imagine waking up in beautiful paradise with birds chirping and the smell of Hawaiian flowers in the air… Then you go to the lobby and spend $ 9.00 for a small dried out ham cheese croissant sandwich and $ 7.00 for a weak bitter latte that took 12 minutes to get. We ordered a muffin and never received it, so when we took one the lady said out loud«you NEVER paid for that I Have the receipt for proof»! Overall this is a stressful expensive way to start your Hawaiian vacation.

BLUF: Watery coffee that’s over priced. This is a coffee café in the Hyatt resort. Not bad since this is your only option but definitely advocate leaving the resort to get something decent.

Lovely little spot. We love coffee and didn’t expect anything too amazing but we were pleasantly surprised! I had an iced ‘nutty Hawaiian latte’ and it was really good! Not a huge fan of my espresso being mixed with a bunch of sugary flavor but it was perfectly balanced. Today I got a macchiato and the shot is just okay. But the people, pastries and food are all great!

Little more pricey than the one in Ala Moana. You would figure that since there in the Hyatt. More sandwiches I guess since people going to grab and go.

It’s your only option at the Hyatt but sadly the coffee is weak and not a repeat for me.

Just like all the other Honolulu Coffee shops, they brew great coffees and make great Kona Frosts. This location offers an abbreviated menu but still have the best to offer. I really like their oat cakes especially right before hitting the gym. It’s like a granola bar baked into a small cake and has cranberries and other fruits baked in. It is soft, dense and super filling. Their blueberry muffin is always moist and flavorful. It is baked in house and always warm. The muffin top is crumbly and the edges are a bit crispy. Their nutty Hawaiian is good hot and iced. It is mixed with hazelnut and macadamia. A nice sweet drink when it’s humid out. They also have a refrigerated section that has fresh cut fruits in a cup, granola yogurt parfaits, sandwiches, croissant sandwiches, water, etc. Service is usually fast and prompt. Seating area is plentiful and clean.
