11/19/14-I emailed this company through their link posted here on Unilocal.In my email, I had requested a call from the company to discuss my oven issues. This way I could confirm the company could repair my oven. . 11÷19÷14− Julie emailed me back to let me know they were off island until 12÷2÷14. She asked if that would be an okay day for repair. I accepted. 11÷19÷14−12÷2÷14 no one ever called me to confirm any details on my repair request. 12÷2÷14− after being without an oven for several weeks and waiting(overall) two weeks for this repair appointment I was incredibly disappointed when the repair man walked into my kitchen, looked at me like I was insane and said he can’t fix it. When I asked why, he said he doesn’t work on gas ovens! Isn’t this something that should be established before making me wait two weeks for the appointment. Gas ovens aren’t uncommon. I reread the company profile on Unilocal,and I didn’t miss any description about this.. . Might want to update their info so they don’t waste their time or mine.
