The receptionist in the front, Lahela needs an attitude adjustment.
I watched her bully an elderly woman in particular & her family. The nurses called for her grandson & she didn’t get up. So she decided to shout the name looking in the elderly woman’s direction. When that didn’t work, she came out from the back of the desk like a raging bull shouting at the old lady what the boys name was. She told her the name which was the same as the name they were calling. Then Lahela told her she needs to get up & take her grandson to the nurses so they can get all his vitals etc. The old lady explained that she wanted to wait till his mom comes, & she just went to grab something from the car. Lahela then told her she had an appointment time, so she needs to follow through. & the elderly woman stood her ground about waiting for his mother. Lahela then stomped back to her desk saying to cancel his appointment. When the nurses asked why, she said «well they no like come up so cancel um, they like be like that then fine, they’ll just have to reschedule». The rest of the staff didn’t say anything, probably because it looked as if someone did or said one more thing, someone was going to get hurt. About a minute later his mother came in & the nurses let them in right away, without a problem.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for the last 20 years are the nurses and doctors said take care of their clients like family. There and pharmacists are very knowledgeable and responsible and what they are doing. When I was in a car accident for many many years I came here for my treatment. I have not had any problems with their service. Kudos to all of the personal ladies that work at the front desk and for the girls that the pharmacist that gives me the right medicine every single time and always warns me not to take too much at the right time.

Just wanted to say the same thing. Pray that Tamarin McCartin does NOT deliver your baby as well.

I’m not sure about the quality of the doctors, as I never got to see one! I had an appointment in radioogy at 2:00p.m. I arrived a few minutes before 2 and was told the technician had just gone to lunch and wouldn’t be back for 45 minutes! I don’t know about anyone else, but I’m getting tired of people and services that think my time is not as valuable as theirs. They need some serious remanagement of their scheduling system. This was not the first time I’ve been disrespected by this medical facility.
