Michael Kors Outlet

Very unprofessional workers and they clearly do not know product information. They welcome you into the store and go right back into their own little circle of workers to talk… Seemed like they didn’t appreciate the business. There was one other customer in the store with us who also made a comment to me on the side about their attitude and the way they presented themselves — mind you, I did not know this person so it must have been really bad for her to just approach me to tell me. I asked for their manager’s business card but the woman checking me out called the manager instead and clearly, he does not know about what is happening with his workers because their attitudes changed as soon as he came out. Sucks because they had a really good sale but they do not deserve the business.

Got back to the condo and decided I wanted to go back and exchange for a bigger purse. Called and they said no refunds or exchanges on sale items. Isn’t everything on sale at an outlet store?

We came here randomly on New Year’s Eve around 5pm and this mall was pretty empty. Lucky me! I had been looking for a wallet and found the perfect one on clearance.
The sales associate who helped me was super friendly and seemed happy to help. Great service throughout even though I wasn’t spending big bucks that day.
They had a nice selection of things: clothing, glasses, purses, etc. if I had had more room in my luggage, I would have purchased a few more items.

Good prices, but you’d expect that for an outlet store. Love the brand more than coach but the people that work here make like they’re better than you so coach takes all my money and a few other people I know feel the same.

I so loved this store and the ladies who work here. everyone was so helpful and kind. They had a 60% off on clearance! !!! Yay for me. The store was cleaned and pleasant. This was the best shopping experience in Maui. Thanks Riki for the making this a great shopping experience..

I usually don’t review retail stores since it usually doesn’t really matter much and people don’t seek out reviews to decide where to shop at an outlet mall, but I have to say that the employees at the Michael Kors Outlet were super sweet and helpful! They were extremely upbeat and friendly, and they exceeded my expectations for a quick shopping trip at the store!

Good prices on some things. They have purses and a small collection of clothes, watches and sunglasses. If they added shoes it would be great
