WARNINGWARNINGWARNING The general store is officially closing down. I went there today and all they had left was candy and bagel crisps… so I bought both haha

Really cool little store with vintage Hawaiian postcards, Hawaiian candy, t-shirts, soap, and other portables to take back to friends on the mainland. The lady working there was so nice and very helpful!

This general store is tucked into a secluded area that feels almost like a compound of sorts. It shares an area with several hotels. Napili Beach is within immediate walking distance. If you are headed to Napili Beach and looking for some wine, beer, liquor, ice cream, and any other sort of groceries this store has you covered. They have great local banana bread, coconut, pineapple, bananas and other island fresh Maui treats. There is also a souvenir section and a section for beach necessities. Overall, this is a fun little general store with great access to Napili Beach and is not crowed or flooded with tourists.

Has everything you might need… Love the southern gal who works here! Calls everyone«hon» and«sweetie»…she was the best part of the store!

It’s handy if you forget something or need something within walking distance of Napili Bay Beach. You can get snacks, water, drinks and a few souvenir items. The shop was kinda dirty, several items covered in dust. Things were not well organized. The staff wasn’t friendly, but wasn’t rude either.

Everything in Maui is expensive, but if you need to stock up on little oddities,(butter, mustard, etc) this is your place, and the prices are reasonable. Nice staff, great kitsch that you never thought you needed, and near where we were staying. Great spot to pick up *The coldest beer in Maui* — uh, OK then!

Napili General Store advertises having«the coldest beers in Maui» on fliers all over the island, as well as a giant vinyl banner right outside their front window… so on a day where beers on the beach were in the cards(illegal, yes… but what are you going to do, narc on me?), it was ripe to test their claims. Without actually doing reconnaissance by visiting every corner store on the Isle, I have to say — their bottled hops and barley were pretty darn cold. Perfect for a hot, sun drenched West Maui day!

We were walking back from the Gazebo to our resort and decided to venture in here to get a floatie. I was just dying for a raft to take out into the calm Napili bay. We walked in to find that this place has a ton of stuff. They have souvenirs galore, play toys, clothing, food, etc. Whatever you could want or need without having to get in your car and drive down to Lahaina. I think I had been in here once before, but had completely forgotten that this place had such a good selection of stuff. We will likely hit this place again before we leave, since they had some great Napili Bay shirts at much more reasonable prices than the resort gift shops.
