Paradise Maui Weddings

Aloha!!! We did not know where to being as we searched for wedding ceremony options in Maui… we came across Paradise Maui Weddings and we blown away by the speedy response from Klaus! He put us in touch with Darcie P., our wedding coordinator and we were off and running with less than 3 months to plan the wedding of our dreams! It was so turn key from the moment had our first call to tell her our vision of our special day! We had our wedding at DT Flemings beach and reception at Duke’s Beach House… everything from the flowers, cake to the small details of our wedding favors were on point. We were so thankful the photographer, Penny Palmer took our photos and captured every moment and every detail. All of it was AMAZING!!! We are Happily Mauied!!! Our family and friends were blown away by our destination wedding. We have the photos, the video and all the memories from start to finish of our wedding day on 10.11.2014. I am very surprised that there are no reviews for this company? It has been about 9 months since my dealings with this company, and I finally feel compelled to make a few comments.
In early 2013, I booked a vow renewal ceremony for November 2013. I never really heard from a «planner» until about a month before the ceremony. While we did have a joyous occasion that day, there were a few things that I feel were neglected and could have been handled differently.
I was promised a free bouquet because I «liked» their facebook page. I did that when I first contacted Paradise Maui. When it came time to discuss the bouquet prior to the ceremony, the planner argued with me that I was not entitled to this free bouquet. After several emails back and forth, she contacted the owner, who of course verified that I was entitled to the bouquet. Also, I booked a specific musician for our ceremony several months in advance through Paradise Maui. At the ceremony, some other guitar player came and I had no idea who he was. When I asked the planner, she said that she had to find someone else. It would have been nice for her to let me know in advance since I was paying extra for this specific musician!
I was promised a Vow Renewal Marriage certificate as part of my pre-​paid package. Never received that either.
The brightest spot of this event was the wonderful officiant they did provide. He absolutely made the ceremony perfect. However, all in all, I would not book through this company again as they just didn’t seem to care too much about me throughout the process.
