I went to over 20 stores all over Lahaina to find a limited edition Robin Ruth hat, I saw it on a lady and fell in love with it. It took me three days to find it and finally got it from this store. It wasn’t even on the shelf yet and Shelly couldn’t sell it without her manager’s approval. We leave the next day and I really want to wear the hat on my way home. At first she couldn’t get in touch with him but he immediately called back and got him to sell it to me. Best customer service ever! Thanks guys for going above and beyond to make this lady happy!
