They were awesome to work with for our wedding and had wonderful customer service. We were scheduled to have two transporters that held 20 people but unfortunately one had broken down. Instead they allowed us to have a large bus that held more people in at no extra charge. Communication was great– they call you before, after, and also notify you with how many people were picked up/​dropped off. They also notify you when they will be charging you for their service. We highly recommend them =)

Absolutely horrible! Extremely poor customer service… They leave people sitting outside the airport for hours!!!
I scheduled a 5:45 pm pickup and when I called they said «oh shootz yeah, da kine driva be right dar shortly». The shuttle came at 7:30!!! I waited outside for almost 2 hours!!!
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Used Island Transporters to take my family of 13 to and from the airport for a family holiday vacation. Timing was everything to us and they did not disappoint. They were on time for pick up and had us loaded and to the airport with ease and promptly. They noted our flights early return and was there waiting for us at the baggage claim. Ride was comfortable and well cooled. Driver was more than hospitable and beyond helpful with our heaps of bags. We will use them in our future plans for sure.

I thought their service was terrible– I was in a bind and they weren’t even willing to discuss options with me, just told me no and I would be charged a full amount.

Walford was my driver to the airport. I’ll definitely call them again. The service was great and the car was super clean and comfy!
