Jack Williams Tire and Auto Service Centers

Not good customer service. First I brought one car for oil change and inquired if I should make an appointment to bring in my wife’s car for inspection the following day. Salesperson named Chris said no they were not busy. Wife brought car in at 8:30 am. At 2:00 pm (5 ½ hrs later, no sign of wife. Service center is 4 miles away and she did not take cell phone because of no service in Jack Williams. Being worried based on Chris’s not being busy comment I called and got Chris. He stated to me that my wife had never been there, was no record of the car either and no one in the waiting area. Now I am really worried. I called police and then jumped in the car and drove the 4 miles. I get there only to find my wife sitting in waiting room all this time and that Chris is the one who wrote her order up hours earlier. He claimed was a mistake and there was no reason to be angry. I had to call police back and apologize. Wish I could give no stars. Will never see me again.
