Fox in the Woods Catering

Dan & I were married on September 13, 2014 at Arrowhead Pinerose Cabins. Fox in the Woods catering was so incredibly wonderful on our special day. Upon meeting Tina, we knew we wanted her to be a part of our big day. She was so heart warming and just a genuine person. When we went to meet her for our food tasting, we absolutely fell in love with her delicious from scratch home cooking. Our guests raved about the food and went back for seconds. The stuffed mushrooms and scalloped potatoes were amazing! We had the stuffed chicken and try tip as our main entrees and could not have been happier with our choice. Usually the meat at wedding especially prepared in bulk is dried out and bland… not here. SO good!!! We even had some left overs as they always prepare for more than necessary and we got to have our delicious leftovers a couple days after the event and it was still just as good! We highly recommend going with Fox in The Woods Catering for your special event! Thank you for all your hard work! Your staff was truly amazing!

Tina @ Fox in the Woods was awesome. She was able to accommodate all my requests and even customized around a certain food allergy by separately preparing a meal for my bridesmaid who was allergic. That was really above and beyond and truly touching that she cared for every single guest. The little details made the food come together really nice and it was absolutely delish! Tina and her staff are incredible. We hired her for our wedding at the Pine Rose Cabins, and she did a phenomenal job. I can’t speak enough of the professionalism of her staff, as well as the love she puts into her food. All of her food was amazing. And all of my friends and family loved her food. She even tucked the leftovers into our cabin fridge for the next day!
She has plenty of options for you to pick from, but speaking from experience– our menu was perfect for our day!

stuffed mushrooms
bruschetta
citrus salad
chicken kabobs (with her husbands huli huli sauce)
steak and vegetable kabobs
rice pilaf
herbed green beans
what can we say? everything was delicious! Most of our friends stayed at pine rose the next day, so we sat poolside where we ate all the leftovers!

I recently had opportunity to contact Tina regarding an event at Lake Arrowhead and I was so impressed by her professionalism throughout menu discussions that I just had to ensure that EVERYONE hears what great service standards she provides. Her menu is delectable and well thought out in regard to the event. I truly feel that Fox in the Woods Catering would be the right choice for any event you plan at Lake Arrowhead… from an intimate get together to an elegant event, Tina and team will definitely earn you compliments from your guests!
