Lauren rocks! So glad this wonderful Pilates studio is up here. Reformers, Cadillac, Pilates chair, all with a lakeview. Great workout for anyone regardless of your skill level. Keeps me in shape even during the Winter months.

So fantastic! Amazing workout, great view of the lake and the studio is so nice! Lauren, the owner, is not only a great instructor but she is exceptional in working with people with injuries.
