Brian McCarthy and Associates

I’ve seen the work that Brian McCarthy did on my friend’s house In Brentwood Glen.
Many of us on this street have terrific fences… Stephanie’s, however, is a STUNNINGLY beautiful and well crafted fence complete with a beautiful arbor, far better, even, than mine.
I cannot even imagine why the person who wrote a bad review would do so. I would pay no attention to it, especially since the truth seems to be in the answer above his and written by Brian.

The guy who wrote the negative review of my company (regarding his window installation) is not a customer of mine. I bid a job for him and presented it in writing. He opted not to sign it and pay the (legally) required deposit.

Agreed to install our windows and left a written agreement with us. He came to our house two times and knew that my wife was very pregnant and that we had a time limit to get our nursery completed. He interacted with the company who sold us our windows and doors to get the measurements correct. We were under every assumption, and rightly so, that Brian was going to follow through on his word. I called him to complete job when windows arrived and he did not call back for a week. I Called a week later and he told me he’d get back to me, which he did not. I called a third time and he told me to look for other contractors because he got a better gig. If he was professional, he would have told the people who gave him a job that he had agreed to do a two day job already for me and would need to take a break to complete what he had agreed to. Also if he was professional he would have returned my calls immediately and not left us waiting for eight+ days to let us know what he could have told us earlier and given us more time to find another contractor. He reneged on our agreement. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR IF YOU WANT YOUR JOB DONE. Brian does not return calls or FOLLOW THROUGH.
