In a nutshell — great presentation and vision followed by mediocre project management and horrible post-​project support and customer service.
The high-​end customer service is not there — and they have a heck of a time returning phone calls and accepting responsibility for choices they’ve made.
They seem not to appreciate the value of building things that last… like decks and relationships.
