After having a very disappointing on line order experience [wrong style AND size coat was sent!!!] went to this location with hopes of getting rectified. Found the coat I wanted, was offered an additional 10% discount for inconvenience, and credit card charge from on line order was applied and straightened out painlessly. Service was extraordinary and relieved my frustration. Many kudos to Roy for that service!

They say dimonds are a girls best friend? No my dear, it’s leather! They have so many reasonably priced items and the sales are fantastic! The staff is always willing to help. They even helped me pick out the perfect scarf for my mom. Love it!
