I have been taking my dog (an Australian shepherd) for daycare for over a year. She loves going and is super tired when I pick her up. Is it kind of pricey to do daycare, yes. Is it worth it, heck YES! When I pick up my dog at the end of the day, she is so tired. It is great! Sam (my pup) loves the staff and is always happy to see them. I appreciate that they have gotten to know my dog’s quirks… like that she hates German Shepherds for some reason, so they are very careful to keep her away that type of dog.

DO NOT SEND YOUR PET HERE! We were new to the area and needed to go out of town, and so we sent our two little dogs here for a 4 day weekend. They are over-​priced, but our dogs are our babies and so we are willing to pay as much as we need to in order for them to be loved and safe. Unfortunately, the price that you pay is not what you get when it comes to this horrible «pet resort». Our dogs are tiny (8lbs) and white. When we dropped them off for the weekend, they were white, clean, and brushed. After 4 days when we picked them up, they were gray, dirty, and super matted. When we brought our girls home, they acted like they were in total shock and super upset. Besides being really dirty, they both also lost their voices and were unable to bark. I don’t know what happened that weekend, but they were clearly neglected even though we paid extra to make sure that they were tended to. It took about a week for them to regain their voices and start acting like themselves again. Never again would we ever send them here. Please note that our dogs have been to other daycare /​boarding places and had zero problems, stress, etc. This place is awful!

No Way are we ever going back here! Its so loud and crazy in there, the cages are small and packed in there. Worst part was They forgot to give us half of his stuff when we left! His food dishes and a Tupperware of treats were left somewhere in the back. and when we called about them later they couldn’t figure out which dishes were his! Sooo what has he been eating the whole stay? Some one else’s bowl of food?
For how expensive they are definitely not worth what you get! Other better places in the area.

I’ve used several dog day care facilities in the Stillwater area and this is by far the best. Those that work at Animal Inn are clearly living their passion and genuinely care about the animals. Their philosophy is based on appropriate balance of rest and play time vs other day care that just let’s constant running all day long causing significant health concerns for my puppy. I’ve used both daycare and boarding services and highly recommend Animal Inn

Our dogs have stayed at Animal Inn numerous times. The staff is terrific and our dogs have been well cared for. The ability to see the dogs on webcam while we’re away gives us piece of mind. It’s not he cheapest place around but it is among the best.
