The manager here is terrible. She has no sense of any customer service skills. I bought 2 watermelons, the minute I get outside and take them out of the cart, the bag rips and the watermelon cracks. When I go to return the watermelon she has an attitude that her con vier belt got wet. She would not give me my money back because she said the watermelon was damaged! What other store does this? None. They return your item. She had just rung me up. No need for an attitude. Next time I will skip this .99 cent store and go across the street to the dollar tree, which is where I usually go. Terrible representation for your store.

Like this place, you can get anything here! The decorations are adorable, really cute platters and dishes, vases, and trinkets. Long lines but it’s worth it.

Lines are ridiculously long. Employees seem over worked. Maybe management should have more employees working so the work load isn’t on just 2 people. The customers here are the worst. Standing in line and having to listen to someone cussing up a storm as to why there are only 2 registers open… annoying. Honestly, if I had to deal with some of those people I’d be grumpy too. This place attracts the weirdest people. Go early in the morning to beat the crowds.

They have great items for sale and I used to purchase fruit from here because everything was $ 1.00 now they raised prices to $ 2.00 on certain things. If it’s 99 cents ONLY it should ALL be 99 cents. I’m very disappointed because they are advertising for all of their products to be 99 cents ONLY.

You can get produce, just make sure you check it well. I like this location because there are rarely solicitors outside of their doors. Another good thing about this location is that their stock seems to be in good shape as compared with other 99 Cent Stores that seem to have opened packaging everywhere. A major drawback to this location though is the lines. I’ve seen the line(Note: that’s «line» as in singular) stretch far back because there were 9 people/groups checking out. Sure, I heard the cashier calling for assistance in the form of another line being opened up, but no one came around. It stayed as one line even after I had checked out 15 mins later. Stay away on busy days, I guess.
