Very great family oriented location. Safe and Clean area, pride of ownership is well kept by families who live there!

Community has a pool but no jacuzzi. Has a park but with no bathrooms. Neighbors with a mining company. It has so much potential! Hopefully they will start developing commercial stores like a super market near by. Hoa isn’t cheap and neither Is the mela Roos… so hopefully they will also be building the school soon that has already been plotted. No excuses… more houses means we need a school, especially when you are taxing that much money! I would say it has the potential to be a sycamore creek once these things are taken care of.

Nice upcale community in Lake Elsinore with nice views of the lake. They have their own community pool thats huge and also a kiddy pool water splashers for the kids. It’s private so if you dont live here you can’t just come in and use the pool they have a security guard for most of the day. There is a large park before you come up the hill that has plenty of room for a couple of soccer fields or just picnics or one of those holiday weekends to hide eggs or just chill out. This is in an association so you will have to pay the additional fees but they are not that bad. Overall it’s a nice community with nice people that want something better for themselves and just a few minutes from the casinos to the south Pechanga and Morongo then San Manuel to the north. The summers could get pretty hot but if that’s what your into then go right ahead you get your bang for your buck as far as house size.
