Firestone Complete Auto Care

This is a great place to have your car worked on. Outstanding customer service and quality work. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with other shops that required me to take my car back but I’ve been here twice and both times the problem got fixed right the first time. Some people are complaining that the wait is to long but it’s worth it considering other places usually lie about the wait times and your there longer than expected while this place is honest about their wait time and other places I’ve been to usually don’t even get it fixed right the first time based on my experience. This Firestone has earned my business.

I could not be happier with the service and employees here. I was met by Angela who had a smile the entire time. I had a very unusual set of circumstances that needed immediate attention. She handled it professionally and courteously. I will continue to bring my vehicle here.

Have used them 2 times in the last 6 months for 2 of our vehicles and we have had pleasant experiences. Angela at the front service desk is AWESOME! All staff very courteous, however we have only had to interact with her on our visits.

They are always so friendly and trustworthy! They take me out and show me what they are recommending and let me make the decision on what I want done. There is never any pressure, they tell me what can wait, what is required and what is suggested. They have educated me so much over the years I have learned a lot thank you Firestone!!! I now know what scheduled maintenance is and I also know how my car works or should I say should work. I used to feel dumb for asking a question but now I’m not afraid to ask because I know I’ll get an honest answer complete with a demonstration if necessary they are truly the best for me and my family. If my son has a problem he knows to go straight to Firestone and they will assist whatever issue he has, this puts me at ease because I am over 80 miles away. It’s nice to know Firestone treats you like family!

I have been coming to this location for about 2 years. I have always been impressed with the quality of work received. Very recently I took my car in for rear breaks which I had been told before needed replacement. While doing the job on the rear brakes they inspected the front brakes and found them to be wearing poorly. Because Firestone did the front brakes nearly a year before, they felt compelled to replace the pads again with a better material. They also cleaned the rotors at the same time. This was all «no charge» They also had a problem with the rear drums that were found to be out of round. Come to find out the drums that were on the vehicle were not the correct ones to be begin with. They replaced the drums at a higher cost than the original quote because they had to get them from the dealer and Firestone absorbed the additional cost. I could not have asked for better service! I’ve always been impressed with the quality and customer service. Kudos to Angela and David.

I had a positive experience at the Firestone and the new manager Brian was very helpful and David is very professional. I did not have a coupon with me they printed one out for me. it was a lot different than all of the Unilocal reviews I’ve seen for this place

I rarely leave bad reviews unless it’s really bad. But this place LIED TO ME to rip me off :(I was lured in by a $ 99 brake pad special, and they ended up telling me I needed all new brakes, drums and rotors for over $ 550! I was surprised, seeing as when I bought my car the brakes had been redone already. Only a year and a half prior to my visit to Firestone. I decided to only get an oil change, and went for a follow-​up diagnostic from a trusted friend. He informed me that I only needed new brake pads, and that everything else was fine and just needed to be cleaned. I was FURIOUS that Firestone would try to take advantage of me like that! DON’T TRUST THEM, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. It’s not worth it. They’ll take your money for a problem that doesn’t even exist. I am absolutely disgusted. :(

David M was there to help me today. Had a 8 am appointment to change 2 tires. was their on time. Took forever to check in but he was on the phone. Finally, got to me and told him i need 2 tires. I also asked him about windshield wiper blades. He said 18 dollars a blade. So i said ok i will think about it. So its 830, then 840 and my car is still outside. I said excuse me I have to leave i have plans thats y I made an 8am appointment. So he gets my car in. Then a man walks in and lol asks about wiper blades. David M said there are the 10 dollar ones and the 18 dollar ones. I looked at him all crazy because how come i wasn’t told about the 10 dollar blades. I really don’t appreciate people like that. And it doesn’t matter if you have an appointment. They take forever. They need more techs. 10 cars and 2 techs come on. People needs jobs.

I bought the front end alignment for life for either $ 149 or $ 179.00. I can not remember which one it was, but regardless of how much it costs, it was not worth it. I have been there at least three times since I purchased the front end alignment deal, and not once have they gotten my car to ride in a straight line. The last time I went there a few weeks ago, they told me that’s my car would not drive straight because my right rear wheel was out of alignment. They said they could not fix it as there is no adjustment on it. They also told me that I had a right front tire nail that could not be repaired because it was too close to the sidewall. The guy who was telling the mechanics what to do asked me if I had ever damaged the right rear wheel. I told him that there had been an accident in the right wheel which had been repaired. So I went to my appointment at Express tires in murrietta afterwards to have my tires balanced and rotated. I told them what firestone had told me about the tires and the alignment. Express tires said that the tire was repairable and the nail was not anywhere near the sidewall. Express tires also said that the rear alignment issue could possibly be addressed as there is some play in the axle bolts, and told me that the work that was done over a year ago on the right rear is probably covered by my insurance. So they repaired the tire for free, and balanced and rotated my tires. So I went home and called my insurance company only to find that firestone paperwork said it was the left rear tire that was out of alignment. The paperwork also said that I had refused to have air put into the tire, which was direct fraud as it was a lie. I believe personally that fire stone wanted me to buy a tire from them, instead of repairing my tire. In my opinion this shop is very unprofessional, and do not know what they are doing. Three alignments later and my car still does not drive straight, and they did not tell me about the insurance coverage for the rear axle. Firestone told me that the right rear wheel was out of alignment and therefore the car was pulling to the right in the front. But their own paperwork said it was the left rear wheel that was out of alignment. You may chalk some of this up to being busy or whatever, but the main point that I am trying to make is that there is a over whelming tendency for them to not be accurate or concerning while doing their business.

Go to Express Tire they will hook you up !! Called around for tires, alignment, oil change at 4:30 on a Saturday and price I got from Firestone was a joke ! Saved 40% going to Express Tire! Will not be ever going to Firestone again !!!

Our whole family has been using this place and very thankful for the honesty and good service we always received… We used to go across the street at Express Tire which is we no longer use for any service because of their dishonesty.

I took my car for and alignment. the guy who test drove my 300+ wrx, drove it as if he was on a ¼ mile race. That’s fucking bullshit. Do they do that with all the cars or just with the ones that have power? I brought my car in for a 10:00 am appointment and they finally began to work on it at 11

I’ve been here 5 – 10 times and always recieved good customer service at the front desk. They do their best to meet your schedule needs too.

I’ve got this rental car from Enterprise Rent A Car that I picked up the day before Thanksgiving. The whole purpose was so that I could visit my Husband’s family in Murrieta.
So, we are on the freeway only about 20 miles from our home in LA when my husband tells me he has to pee. We pull over in Griffith Park area to use the bathroom before we continue our stop and go traffic journey to the Inland Empire. As my husband is exiting the bathroom he notices a nail stuck in the tire and starts preaching to me that its not safe to drive. Well, at this point its about 6pm and Enterprise is closed. We decide to take the chance and continue to Murrieta and work it out once we get there.
I call Enterprise on Saturday and they tell me that because I didnt purchase the extended warantee that I need to pay the 20+ bucks to get the tire plugged. Ummm, ok. They also tell me that they have a Nationwide account with Firestone and i need to take the car there.
I arrive at Firestone in lake Elsinore at 9am after sitting in traffic from an accident on the 15 freeway for almost an hour. Olivia the Manager was SO nice. She had the car taken to look at while I waited. Then she hits me with it and tells me that the nail is in the sidewall of the tire and it cant be fixed. The new tire was to run about 200 bucks. OMG! But, she smiles and tells me that they are charging the tire to the Enterprise account. Really?!
It only took about 45 minutes to get replaced and balanced. I was on my way in no time without a cent coming out of my pocket. Awesome, fair and honest service!
