Employees need a serious lesson on RESPECT. Plan on meeting a bunch of hard BROS(total bro brah). Heads so big they cannot give good advice. The bloated Mexican lop with a goat is a total gaylord — Couldn’t fight through a paper bag. Keep up the big heads! A no go place for a loving grower. What is the manager thinking hahahahaha

I recently had to go to this Grassroots after the Temecula store was out of stock of the product i needed. First off the customer service leaves much top be desired. I was questioned immediately and told the product that i was looking for did not exist, when i pointed it out on the shelf the employee in question became less than friendly. He was also unwilling to honor my discount until i pressed him into calling the other store to confirm. I do not appreciate being called a liar and i will no longer be shopping at the Lake Elsinore Grassroots Hydro. If you want excellent customer service and friendly employees go to the Temecula store.

Excellent service, very friendly and great prices. if ever in the lake elsinore area please check these guys out you won’t be disappointed. Glad I’ve found a local place where I can go for all my growing needs, I will be returning for many times to come

I got some trays for my wheat grass, they also had coconut coir for my orchid, soon as I replanted it I got a new leaf!!! They also have everything you need to start worm composting tea.

I am responding to Duane B. Guess what, all businesses watch you on camera. I doubt you can go ANYWHERE without being on camera, including my house. That is the nature of things now. And how would you know what they do after you leave the store? I am a woman and have always been treated with kindness and respect and both stores. The customer service is great and the inventory is unbelievable. If they don’t have what I want in stock, they will find it.

I go to Grassroots because I truly believe they provide the best customer service in the industry. From great prices, to quality service and great gardening advice, I have no reason to go anywhere else. If my PPM/pH Meter stops working I bring it back and receive a new one THATDAY. They give my dog a treat every time I bring him and always assist from when I enter the store til when I leave. I’ve visited other Hydro stores in the area but they honestly don’t compare.

This is my one-stop go-to shop for everything«growing». The staff is always helpful and go out of their way to make me feel like my business is valued. The manager Troy is always willing to do what it takes to make sure I leave happy, and if he can’t he calls the owner Dave who then does the same. I always go here before any other place and will even give them an opportunity to order something for me before I’d buy from someone else’s stock. They have a HUGE selection and their shelves are always well-stocked. I would recommend Grass Roots to anyone who grows anything from apples to zucchini!

WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICEAROUND! I just left this place and I’ll never be back. I’ve had a couple questionable instances here before but this takes the cake! I go in, gather my stuff and proceed to check out. The guy rings me up, «Its gonna be $ 14. 68» then i say«Oh i forgot i have this discount card can i use it too?» «oh sure let me add you to the system» and he does well then he gets my new total and says«Okay its gonna be 16. something» and I was confused because it was higher than the original price and i just handed him my DISCOUNT card. I told him that was higher than the price he just gave me and he then says he’s gonna give me an additional discount. «Your total is $ 15.71» STILLHIGHERTHANTHEORIGINALPRICE! Then he had the audacity to tell me «well you screwed yourself when you handed me the discount card.» I was shocked. If they were a stand up business and had a sale going on that beat my discount card price why not give me that price? Instead its my fault because i tried using the discount card(which is proof alone i was a loyal customer… NOTANYMORETHO!) which gave me only 10% off. FINALLY after arguing with him he gave me the sale price. But then proceeded to toss my change on the counter back at me… clearly annoyed with me. Its a shame too because the other guy who works there is great.
