The website says they close at 10pm… so does the sign, but not really. They closed at 9 tonight

I usually love juice it ups raw juice, but this place literally emptied their pulp filter into my juice. And I got to wait 20 mins and for everyone that came in after me to get my drink. I will never drink here again!

I am obsessed with their acai granole honey strawberry bluberry bowls. Expensive but i eat the top and take the rest home to make a drink later with it cause its too much sugar in one sitting. Staff are never as friendly as jamba juice but its also never as busy. I like to sit outside but sometimes bees come by so I have to leave.

I’m giving them a 3. Reason is because I haven’t ever been inside lmao, but I came around 9:20pm & they were closed. Like why does this page say 10pm if they all out by 9pm. Really confusing & now I can’t satisfy my need of juice it up. OVERIT.

We’ve tried and we’ve tried — the rudeness is just too much. It overshadows all of the positives. A few tips that I can’t give in person, because we won’t be back again: –Change your store hours. It’s ok to close at 20 minutes till the hour, just change the sign on the door to reflect that. –Make sure that whoever answers the phone, at least pretends to have a pleasant demeanor. — Read the comments on Unilocal. If you take a look, you’ll see that the same things are being repeated over and over again. What’s the definition of insanity? — if a drink is not made correctly, just listen to the customer and make a new one. Don’t tell them why they’re wrong — Consider having your employees go and spend the day at the Murietta CA locations. Sharing is caring. –Give more shifts to the employees that do have good customer service, they’re doing a great job they should be rewarded instead of overshadowed by those that could use some additional support This post was a collaboration of commentary from close to a dozen people who work in the area that just want to do a good deed today… we hope this helps.

Me and my family go into this Juice it up very often. This last time we went in the owners son made our drinks. We left the store got in the car and then tasted them. They were way TOO sweet. It was nothing like the drinks before. I called and let them know about the 2 strawberry waves we ordered at $ 7 a piece I might add, and the man who made my drink answered and once I explained to him my situation he was not very nice. He said I don’t know what to tell you the strawberry wave is the easiest drink to make, you would have to be stupid to mess that up. Well sir I think you just called yourself stupid because they were so bad we put water in them to try and fix it. He then said hold on let me get the manager. He did nothing but lecture me about how easy that drink is just like the other man. I would have just preferred them remaking my drinks rather than give me attitude and act as though I was lying. He said well I would come back in and just buy something else… haha yeah no thanks after that treatment.

I went to this store on Wednesday 12⁄23. Being that I’m from out of state, home for the Holidays and don’t have my Juicer, I came in here at 8:45pm…and they said the Juicer was already cleaned, so they could not make me a juice! WHAT?! Also it was 8:45, and I believe the store hours say this place closed at 9pm, So 15 minutes before you close, and you cant make a menu item anymore?( Unilocal says its open until 10pm by the way) I ordered a drink for my daughter, and sat in the car and waited for them to make hers. I was highly irritated, and this ruined my plan of having a juice the next morning before heading out before opening hours.

I usually come here since this is the closest place to get my green fix! Sometimes this place can get busy. Some employees are friendly some aren’t. You guys gotta smile! So you can get that higher tip!

Coming here is part of my morning routine. I absolutely look forward to it. I’m still a coffee addict, but I look forward to this a lot more than the caffeine. The smoothies never taste bland or with old fruit. They’re always fresh and taste great. The service is fast and friendly. If you’re feeling like a smoothie try the raw fusion, or the energizer for a juice. Make sure to use your rewards card because those points can add up fast.

I don’t even live in this area any more and I would go to this specific location if I lived close by still! I called and Katie(if I am spelling it right) hooked me up with a recipe for one of their drinks so I can use it at a juice it up closer to me. She was extremely nice and professional, very helpful. Thank you!

Decided to have a juice it up today walked in the place had trash all over the floor and no air conditioning on. Overall the look was horrible, they still have the machine from when it was a yogurt place. Then to top it off the attitudes of both girls working were horrible, when I had brought it to the one girls attention that the drink on the bar wasn’t mine it was incorrect I got an attitude. Id rather make my own smoothies at home.

Got my first ever acai bowl! & it was delicious. I bought the one with blueberries, strawberries & bananas & the girl didn’t even put the blueberries in it kind of a disappointment. I would have said something but I didn’t realize until I got home :(Also they weren’t that friendly & I tipped them & they didn’t even say thank you. How rude! Will not be goin back to this juice it up. Luckily I live closer to the Corona one but I was in this part of town so It was my only option.

JuiceIt Up has some tasty fruit smoothies. However, their prices are just plain too high. Especially if you choose the really healthy options. Their service is acceptable. The location is fine. Just don’t be shocked if two smoothies sets you back the better part of a $ 20.

Went in to get a bowl and was shocked to see the prices we’re so high, it had been years since I had went in. Customer service was terrible, the girl at the front desk seemed to hate her job and was rude. Besides prices, customer service and owner not taking coupons the bowl was good.

Make sure you check your bank statement because I was over charged three times yet the owners won’t compensate my money back.

I feel like I’m on a 5~star streak of great service and establishments these days. Maybe it’s the healthy dose of Cali sunshine lately bringing on the great mood. Whatever the case, this Juice It Up has stepped it up! It is packed almost everytime we visit, mornings, after school, or evenings. They’ve always been consistently good service. Professional and friendly too. My family has gotten hooked on the ultimate acai bowls though and the attention to detail and care for these bowls really deserves some credit. Word to the wise though, their night staff definitely outshines the day staff when it comes to perfecting these bowls. My photo will show you just why :) nonetheless, we’re hooked on their smoothies and acai. Keep up the great work! We appreciate it! Be sure to take advantage of their customer loyalty card as a previous Unilocaler reminded me.

Get in on their frequent customer club for free smoothies. Sure their staff is on the young side, but they are very helpful and professional. Drinks here are made with an attention to detail as I have never had my drink incorrectly made even though I ask for extra this or sans that. I also really like that they support local schools with their fundraisers. Businesses like this are always a great addition to a community.

This place really needs work. Everything is ghetto rigged and taped with scotch tape. Post its label the flavors of frozen yogurt and dirty towels laying out to catch the dripping yogurt. Bathroom didn’t have seat covers or toilet paper. The floors and counters were smudged and dirty. On top of that, my Evergreen smoothie tasted like Pinesol. I don’t recommend this place until the owner CLEANS.
