Levi’s Outlet Store

Great experience! We had to do an exchange and had tons of questions and we were looking for multiple sizes so we required alot of help and attention. Raphael helped us and was so patient and had such a great attitude! He made it a easy and pleasant day. Take note Levi store: this kid has management written all over him!

If I could give six stars I would. Fantastic customer service! Ivan did an excellent job in answering my inquiries and assisting me in my purchase.

Im the only customer in the store and the salesladies could not even help me find my size. They are busy talking about their dirty laundry instead of doing their job assisting customers. No wonder this outlet sucks… To the management, please fire these two imbeciles!

This was my favorite place in the whole outlet mall, very cool and great merchandise. The sales people were very helpful. I always liked Levi’s clothing they’re made well and they last a long time.

I went into the Levi’s Outlet in Lake Elsinore to exchange a pair of Levis I purchased at a similar store in Baltimore. The jeans were sized as 36″ in length but were more like 34″ in length. I had no problem with the exchange — I only had to pay the difference in sales tax between MD and CA. They have a large selection of 501s. I would go back there to shop for Levi’s 501s.

Love this place, Levi’s in lake Elsinore is warm and inviting they don’t only give you jeans they give you a style! You don’t need to know your size just what you like or want to look like. Their deals are the best from clearance you can find an additional 30−50% off n top of the mark down price and jeans are usually when you buy 2 or more at $ 39.98 so make sure ur at least getting 2!!! If your spending over $ 100, which is easy here the mall VIP card (it’s free) just ask for the discount gets you $ 15 off!!!

Came in to buy a a pair of jeans for my boyfriend &all I knew was the size and color. Luckily the sweetest girl Mariah at the register came to my rescue! She explained the different styles, colors & washes. She helped me find the perfect pair! Meanwhile helping 2 other customers she made sure
I was doing okay! So helpful! It’s rare

Bought some shorts here as a gift. They were the wrong size. Tried to return and was told all sales were final. I’ll buy my Levi’s products from kohl’s going forward.

I stop in after visiting my friend in Temecula during the week.
For the record, below in «about this business» it reads made in the USA. Most the items I have purchased from this store were not made in the USA. Read the Tags.
WHAT I LIKE:
— The location, right off the 15 Freeway, CENTRAL exit /​route 74, west of Hwy. 15.
— Plenty of easy access parking.
— Near a Mall entrance, close to the parking lot.
— Store is usually clean.
— The staff is usually very helpful and they know their products.
— They tend to have sizes you will not find at other stores selling Levi Brand products.
— They carry Blouses /​Tops made out of 100% Cotton.
WHAT I DO NOT LIKE:
— Their prices are not what one would expect to pay at an Outlet store. If you shop during one of their sales, you will likely pay just as much as you would at any other store carrying Levi brand Jeans on a non sale day.
— The way their register works and receipts print out. Example: If you are going to buy a blouse marked down from 19.99 to 15.99 your receipt will not display the 15.99 price, instead your receipt will display the original price, then at the bottom of the list item it will display the sale price. Why not create receipts that simply show the sale price as so many other stores do?
— Last month, my husband and I went in to buy him a specific style and size of Jeans. I called first because we were driving all the way out there just for a particular style of Jeans. Kohl’s did not have the size he needed nor do they stock it (odd waist size). They checked their inventory and had what we were looking for. Just as we were about to walk out the door I saw a blouse I liked. I bought it. I got home removed the tag and washed it as I always do when I buy new clothes. I wore the blouse once, washed it again to wear a second time. I wore it a second time, while sitting in a restaurant to have lunch I looked down to place my napkin on my lap. I noticed tiny holes on the blouse. The holes were closer to the bottom hem line. Damn it! I wore this blouse already! I did not notice the tiny holes! I took the blouse back with my receipt yesterday stating all written above. The response I received from the person at the counter: things like this usually happen in the dryer. I replied stating I did not dry this in the dryer. I wash my delicate clothes in a delicate cycle (the blouse is a VERY THIN made out of 100% Cotton), then place in on a hanger as I try not to waste energy unnecessarily. Then she said, we have no way of knowing how this happened and cannot do anything for you, you can call out corporate office. I replied «give me the number».
I will update you once I communicate with the corporate office.
Meanwhile, CLOSELY CHECK MERCHANDISE BEFORE YOU BUY IT. The scoop top I bought is made out of 100% Cotton using a very fine material. I can honestly say I usually check merchandise thoroughly before paying for it, but because we were already walking out the door, I just checked the line pattern and neckline. I did not look down to the bottom of the blouse and look for holes. I am not accustomed to buying damaged products. Lesson Learned!
4÷25÷2013− UPDATE: Levi Corporate Customer Service did right by me. They responded (via Writing /​U.S. Mail) and sent me a refund. Thank you Levi Brand! Too bad this could not be resolved at the store level.

Don’t waste your time keep driving!!? Low stock always? Well I went there 3 times because didn’t want to drive to Ontario Mills but No they don’t have standard sizes 34 – 32 or 34 – 34 or 36 – 32 or 36– 34 ??? They say we might get them in! Warning don’t go there just to buy Levi’s… keep driving! Also returning a pair of pant because sew wrong and the other pair was not sew right either, then they want to give store credit on sale price so couldn’t exchange it because no more 34’s … Customere Service and product sucks here!!! Keep Driving by this place!!!

Once in a while you’ll catch a deal on a pair of jeans, but it’s rare. You can easily find a pair at JCPenney or Sears for an almost identical price. However, there are some that don’t want to be seen walking into or out of a JCPenney or Sears; these people probably don’t wear Levi’s either for that matter.
But when you do find that marked down pair in your size, it’s an almost magical feeling. I guess that’s the draw of coming here.
