I called in this morning and a polite miss by the name of Jackie answered and greeted me with a friendly hello and then assisted me over to Jackie who was able to answer all my questions and more. She had verified my insurance and made my appointment for Saturday in just a 5 minute phone call. I will update after the appointment on Saturday which I’m sure will be a good experience too.

I went into this practice with no intention of receieving glasses(mainly because I dislike wearing them) and came out with two new beautiful pair! The doctor was amazing, but the thing that left the biggest impact on me was the optician that worked with my pickiness. Jen was kind and patient and she never got frustrated with me once! I love my new pair of Tiffany readers and am in love with my Prada sunglasses! Thank you so much Jen I can’t wait for what next year has in store!

Although the service was good and they were not found to be to pushy about buying the glasses they offer in the store, their prices are outrageous. They are charging over $ 300. for progressive lenses and over $ 260. for transition lenses. They do not have any frames under $ 139. and the selection in that price range was very limited. With the prescription they provided me I researched ordering my glassed online. I decided on a company whose frames start out at $ 6.95 yes I said six dollars and ninety-five cents. and the single vision prescription lens was free. So you can literally get a pair of prescription glassed for $ 6.95 plus around $ 5.00 for shipping. The actual cost for my glasses was $ 55.85, Here is the break down. Frames $ 19.00, 1.50 Digital Free Form Progressive(No-line multi-focal) $ 27.95, Standard anti-reflective coating $ 4.95. and some clip-on sunglasses for $ 3.95 just because I decided not to go for the transitional route, but for an additional $ 47.80 I order a pair of sunglasses with the same prescription. So I got 2 pairs of glasses for a total of $ 103.65 plus $ 4.95 standard shipping totaling $ 108.60, vs the almost $ 800.00 for one pair at Mission Optometry. I felt very deceived by their pricing structure.

Wonderful staff ! This is my 2nd eye exam with this practice. Registration process was easy and I really appreciated before my eye appointment they had verified my benefits so it helped what to expect at my appointment. Doctor was extremely friendly

I love this place! We moved to lake elsinore just over two years ago and we happened to hear about this place because they called our new house phone to clarify an appointment for someone else who use to have our number. Anyway, I explained that the person must have a new number, but I am looking for a place to get glasses. They made me an appointment for me and my kids and we have had great service on every trip. They are great with kids and explain the whole process of the exam. Their frame selection is amazing. They are helpful, courteous and I highly recommend this place.

I have had a good experience each time I’ve been here. The doctors and the staff seem to change every time I go but they are always professional and nice.

I’ve been here several times at the time they state they open and they never open on time. Called many other times when they state they open and the phones aren’t turned on. Had my son seen there for an eye issue that they said they could handle, only to get the run around. My son is still without his glasses and it’s been a few weeks now. Will have to find somewhere else to go.

So in total I have been to three different eye doctors in the past 8 years and by far they are the best. They are very gental and don’t shine that stupid light into your eye forever. They acknowledged that I have light sensitive eyes and found a way to check me without using a super bright beam into my eye. They also got me some eye drops and there frames where completely covered by my insurance. Check them out:)

My husband has been seen there several times without a doctor explaining why his contacts were changed or details from the examination after several requests. We were told if we wanted this information to make another expensive visit. Not worth the drive or inexperience! Office staff provided no information and seemed annoyed I asked. I feel his eyes are in worse shape since going there and we have since met a new eye doctor. Please save your time and money.
