My husband and a few friends were going to have dinner and reserved a table. I was supposed to meet them there, my husband told me it was a 30 minute wait, which is ok for me. Turns out a server gave our table away and told us it would be another 30 mins. So we waited, turned out waiting 1.5 hours. They couldn’t come to tell us there was a longer wait time instead they kept ignoring us. Plus, there was 2 tables next to each other that one of the servers could have put together but they didn’t! We were forgotten So we waited a total of 2 hours until my husband asked how much more longer and the server said«I’m not sure». Thanks for making us wait, left with an empty belly a crying 7 year old and a crushed heart! We love pizza, but not going there any more! And nobody said sorry for the wait!

This place is a hidden gem. I wish it was closer to Corona. Seating is limited which they did their best to accommodate us. My husband said his Wings were the best he has ever had. My salad was delicious as well as the ginormous 22″ pizza. Wine selection is fantastic with South Coast. I think I found my new favorite place.

My wife and I ate here on two occasions and ordered the following : — Pesto Pasta: bland with no flavor — Pizza: mostly crust with a lil meat — Pulled pork and meat ball appetizer: meat is good BUT too much bread and it was burnt and hard. Picture a baseball cut in half with meat! 80% bread ratio vs. 20% meat! — Mushroom burger: salad and burger meat is good BUTAGAIN, the bun was hard! I had to take off the top bun and eat the burger. — Italiano Panini: Salad and meat was good BUT too much damn bread! 80% bread vs 20% meat ratio! * you’ll get full off the bread alone! Not coming back Thank you

I was at this restaurant 2 days ago. I am never really in the Lake Elsinore area, but I was doing a home visit for my job that brought me out that way. With too much time to kill I wandered the outlets and then stopped here for a late lunch. Walking in, the staff greeted me and were pleasant for our brief interaction. My server, Bambi, promptly got my drink order(all I was having was water. Unfortunately, I had work to do still). I ordered the pulled pork sliders with the garlic parmesan fries. My food came out pretty quickly and man was it piping hot. I had to blow on it. It’s rare that your food is that hot at a restaurant which was a pleasant surprise. My sliders were extremely flavorful and I was very happy I ordered them. They had good taste and a good amount of the sauce, though I wish I requested more just because I LOVE sauce. The fries were tasty, hot, and crispy, though, I could not taste garlic in them. They had tons of parmesan though. I’m not complaining because they were good, but if they are garlic parmesan fries, where was the garlic? I’m still happy with my meal. Bambi got me a refill on my water without me having to ask and she was nice. I noticed she never really asked me how I was doing but she took the liberty to grab me more water and I felt like had I needed anything I would have been able to ask and she would have obliged. Seh was friendly enough and attentive. I did not really require much tending to since I was a lone diner and didn’t really need anything. All in all, a good experience and I hope my work visits take me to Elsinore again so I can stop by for another meal.

Food: 4.5÷5 stars Excellent garlic Parmesan fries. Lightly but tasty dipping. Perfectly crunchy outside and soft inside. Not salty. Good selection of veggie pizza and salad. The dough is not eat coast type. It is more of a scone like than bread like. You may or may not like or depending on taste and expectations. Good selection of tab beers. Atmosphere: 4.5÷5 stars Half bar and half open kitchen that light and airy not dark and musty. Blues blaring over the speakers. Nice and kick back. Service: 4.5÷5 stars Very good and speedy device. Waitress checked back often. They suggested some beer and even gave samples before we decided. Expense: 4⁄5 stars Not bad at all. $ 16 medium pizza. Return: 4⁄5 stars The outlet itself is hit and missed but this spot hit a home run. All outlet shopping should have a quality eat like this. Easy freeway access so stop by if you are in the area.

Very attentive service. I came in at 7 pm on a Tuesday night. Not many people. Food was good. I would come again to relax. Nice variety of local beers.

Decided to give this place a second chance. Last time I came in I had the worst service ever! I believe he name was Lala(something like that). She was rude, inattentive, and not a people person by far. I came in again Friday night and got great service and food! I had the margarita pizza and some wings at my servers recommendation and so glad I did, So yummy! My server was Toni and she is awesome! Looked to me like she was serving most of the restaurant and patio and was doing so flawlessly! I will definitely be asking to sit in her station next time in.

Great food and fun, upbeat atmosphere and great service. Garlic Parmesan fries, wings and vegetarian pizza are all delicious. Most important; Amberly has waited on us several times and she is really awesome — very personable and attentive — we’ll be back on a regular basis thanks to her!

P’s & Q’s has now been around for a couple of years. I keep seeing reviews pop up and they seem to be consistently good. Finally had a chance to check it out today. Before discussing the restaurant, it should be said that this is a wonderful addition to the Lake Elsinore Outlets. The outlets have had there ups and downs over the years, but they are definitely on the upward trend at this time. With the addition of P’s & Q’s, I can see lots of folks going shopping there with the added benefit of having a great food/bar place. So the shopping contingent can shop while the others can hang around, have some munchies, some beer/wine, watch TV, etc. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Today was a cold day, so they had heaters going outside, but they are also equipped with misters for hot days. As I said: great addition! We sat inside. Ordered a bottle of wine.(Rosenfeld? Zinfandel. Not very good. Should have stuck with a recognizable brand…) Also ordered some Garlic-Parmesan fries and some wings. Both were very good, would order again. Do wish that the container of ranch had lower sides to make it easier to coat the wings. We then ordered a Carnivore 16″ Pizza. Asked for the thinnest crust, well done. It was very good. Very fresh ingredients. Some of their other pizza combinations were also intriguing. In addition, they have salads, pastas and sandwiches. We’re planning to go back and try more things. The service from Michelle was very attentive. We also liked the atmosphere a lot. There was jazz in the background, but at a comfortable volume, so you could still carry on a conversation without a megaphone. I think that Pints and Quarts will greatly help the Renaissance of the Lake Elsinore Outlets!

Located at the outlets– Great service, great food and inexpensive. Really cold air conditioning which was a plus. Even if you want to sit outside on the patio, the misters are going to keep you cool. I had the best Italian panini of my life. The Parmesan garlic fries were amazing too although I didn’t dare eat the huge pile that was on my plate! Kid friendly place too; they were happy to accommodate our stroller and bring us a high chair for our little one. Service was fab! We had«Kimbo»(Kim) & she was so friendly and never let our glasses get empty.

When you walk in you are greeted with a smile. You are then sat down and told a little about the place. Every one is nice here. Now about the food. For an outlet the prices should be lower but what can you do. The food was great. I had spaghetti and meatballs. The meatballs were a little funny but over all it was good. I am giving the place a 5 star on the fact the service was good and every one was supper nice! Great job here guys!

Love, love, love Ps & Qs! This place is where I first learned to love beer! They have such an axing selection with over 20 on tap at any given time! Food: all the appetizers are really good, but the wings are the star here! They are crisp and meaty and come with yummy sauces that give you the option for spicy or tangy! Pizza: their pizza is , with a crust that is thin and yet doughy all at the same time! The BBQ chicken pizza, vegetarian, and margherita are all standouts for me! Beers: they brew their own at Craft Brewery and have some pretty yummy selections, including a hazelnut brown ale that is really good! They also feature lots of other local breweries, and have a wide arrange of choices from reds to ipas and porters and stouts! Service: the guys behind the bar are really passionate about the food and beer, and thy know their stuff! Ask about anything and they will have a good answer for you! My only suggestion: it’s been in business now for a few years, it’s time to revamp the menu and add/delete some items and change it up a bit! They have a pretty small menu compared to most restaurants and we have eaten almost completely through it! Time to make some changes!

Theee worst service from THEOWNER!!! I feel bad giving a bad review only because it goes against my nature. However she messed with my kids. We where DENIED seats indoors. She claimed she didnt have any indoor seating because she couldnt accomidate 8 kids and 3 moms indoors for she was waiting for another big party(that never showed). HOWEVER, there was a bigger party leaving as we asked for indoor seating. We then sat outside i had to come in and ask her to turn on the heater since it was 55° inside. They had a total of 4 parties of 2⁄3 people. Took them 30 minutes to take our order. They messed up our order. They failed at refils. and then when they finally bring our fixed order the kids where exhausted and over waiting. Then to top it off while we are RUSHING to eat because our kids where restless… she comes out and tells us to have our kids sit down because we are keeping her from getting business… its been almost 1hr and a half since we showed. Rude. So so rude Dont bring your kids unless your ready to bust out the momma claws. Ill never go again. Ive never felt so discriminated towards for having children.
