We’ve order a wedding cake and at least four (4) other cakes from these folks and they have all be perfect. The Cheesecake/​Carrot cake is the best desert ever and for sure the best cake we’ve ever had. It took us a couple of visits to warm up to the help behind the counter but they are very busy and not up for chit-​chat. We get along like family now when we order.

Cheesecake tastes like the no-​bake cheesecake jello pudding mix you buy at the grocery story. It’s not bad, but it is definitely NOT cheesecake. Don’t waste your money on this imitation cheesecake.

Worst customer service! The lady that takes orders is rude. Will never order again from this place. The lady cannot take responsibility for her actions and even told us to come back another time

Very bad customer service. My first cake melted and was made completely different than what I had ordered. The second time I went in the lady was completely rude. She told me to come back when I knew what I wanted. I told her that wasn’t very nice and she told me she was busy and didn’t have time to talk because she had a customer coming in to pick up. She made me cry! Never returning again.

I tasted their cheesecake via their party at a taco shop. I have to say it was rather tasty.
It was airless dry but I’m guessing that’s because it was bought and then resold so I got it later. I had no idea this company was in lake Elsinore until I saw them on Unilocal.Yummy food and I will be stopping by to see what everything taste like the same day!! high hopes!

customer service is horrible, I went in to get a cake for my baby shower and first, the girl, who I think is the owner, was suuper rude, then she actually told me to come back some other day to place my order… whoo does that? I would never recommend nor go back to this place.

Ive herd great things about this place and thier cakes are delicious but unfortunately our experiance with them was not so great the young lady that was in the front was rushing us to place the order and couldnt show us any design’s for the type of cake we wanted instead we were told we needed go print out our own picture on edible paper and bring it to them. Pur cake ended up being just spray panted with greens yellows but no actual decoration. I probably wouldnt use them again just because of the customer service. Wouldnt let us pay over the which is fine we were told we need to show up with a photo id to pick up the cake. When we got there they didnt even ask for the id and wouldnt show us the cake until it was in the car which I found extremely odd. Most places show you the cake before they close the box but the girl was rudely rushing us to open the car to out our cake in and only then did we get to see it.

I cannot say enough about this place. There cakes are absolutely Amazing, Delicious and Fresh!
They created a beautiful cake for my 50^th birthday celebration. The design was exactly as sketched for us and even more beautiful than we anticipated.
The cheese cake lists of favors is incredible. Service was great. A bit hard to find, but what a Gem!

I had a bad situation with my wedding cake I ordered through them. First they were late and were calling me to figure out directions On MY wedding day. My wedding cake was 50% FROZEN! When I went into the shop and showed pictures of the cake the owner lady’s attitude was not an any way «customer friendly» and she became defensive and did nothing to make the situation better. I will NEVER use them again. Very Disappointing!

I have always ordered my cakes here and never had an issue until today. Today I ordered a two tier cake for my wedding. First, it wasn’t ready on time and the second time we went they were almost finished with it. Second, the frosting was freshly put on that on the ride home (we live 5 minutes away) it was melting and falling apart. Third, I called to complain and the lady was arguing with me. Where is your good customer service? She offered to take the frosting off and put frosting on it again. Really, you are going to put frosting over soggy bread? She even lied to me saying that the cake was sitting in the fridge so it couldnt of melted. Lie because we had to wait for her to finish making it infront of us. She even hung up on me once. When I called back she had already talked to the manager regarding my complain. I payed $ 110 for a cake that melted luckily I returned it and i will be getting my money back. Hopefully your experience is better than mine.

This past February I got my daughter’s birthday cake. I was not able to make into the store due to my work schedule. I was helped over the phone and my request for pick up time was met! I love that they work with me form the beginning.
Will be coming back for future events with out a doubt. Everyone loved the appearance and most definitely it tasted great. Thanks to the wonderfully lady who helped me– I believe her name was Trini.

Then this is the place for you to try. Everything is so fresh and the flavor is rich! The cake is never left over everyone eats the cake and wants a second slice!
