Stopped in to get a quote a couple weeks ago… was told I would get a call back… no call… waited a few days… I called back to follow up… was told AGAIN they would call me with quote… no response.
I just live up the road and was hoping this would be my neighborhood mechanic… guess I’ll just find someplace else and tell all my neighbors and friends to avoid this place.

They are the best! Everyone should bring their car problems to them. Super trust worthy and honest. We have been bring our vehicles to them for a couple years and not once have we not been happy. We had to pay $ 950 recently to get some work done and asked if they would also fix something minor that we already had the part for. We got a quote for the labor and when it came time to pay they didn’t charge us for the minor labor because we had already paid a big chunk for the major work that need to be done. The quote for the major work we need to get done was also higher then what we ended up paying. This is the best shop in the area, hands down!

These guys are awesome. I have been using them for years. I think the dealerships could learn from them. From Dan to Clayton they know what they are doing. And the owner Ron is a great person as well. I highly recommend everyone to try them out. Does not matter the make or model, they do it all. I have had several vehicles over the years and they have been top notch. I feel they have always treated me like I was there most important customer. I see a lot of the same people when I am down there for routine service so you know they have a loyal customer base.
So if you want great service, work done correctly and as promised? Then this is the place for you. I just had a fuel pump done, and they found another breather leak and fixed it. So thorough. I am a happy, happy customer. Thanks guys.

I was referred here for an air conditioning problem. My a/​c was making a funny noise and was only coming out of the passenger side vents. I had been told multiple times that I needed a new a/​c compressor, which would have cost $ 1,000. I was referred to Ballinger Automotive for the job. I asked them to do an inspection of the a/​c system before I had to shell out $ 1,000. They recharged the a/​c system, put dye in to track the refrigerant leak, and told me to return in a month so they could determine the location of the leak. Sure, if they find o a/​c refrigerant leak is in the wrong spot, it could be a pricey repair, but if that’s the case, I’ll have them do the work.

I’m so happy with Ballinger Automotive. I’ve been looking for a reliable, high quality autoshop for years and have finally found it.
Dan has been very clear, respectful and intentional when he’s talked with me. He’s very easy to work with. Their work has been accurately estimated and done on time and on budget.
Simply the best.

I used to work at a full service gas station, many years ago. I have seen what goes on and am very picky about where I have my cars worked on. When it is something that I can’t do myself, I like to find someone I can trust who doesn’t charge an arm and a leg.
Ballinger Automotive is one of those places. The owner has turned over the shop to his son-​in-​law and they do quality work at reasonable prices.
I have had two vehicles to them for various services and am quite pleased with everything they have done.
