Frankie’s Table Seattle Personal Chef

«Frankie Weeks» are great weeks for our household.
Chef Francesco has been preparing 3 meals every two weeks for our family of 5 for several months now. It has been a fabulous experience. We have three hungry but somewhat persnickety teenage sons. We asked Francesco to both push the envelope of what they think they’d like as well as make sure that there were «slam dunk» meals which they’d enjoy. He does a great job of doing this for us. He also accommodates their large appetites easily.
We really appreciate his clear communication and his invitation for feedback. He sends us an email seeking input on his menus ahead of time. That lets us request favorites (some of my faves: his Minestrone soup, roasted cauliflower, roasted brussels sprouts, Moroccan chicken, lamb masala…) and also explore new meals he suggests.
It’s been awesome having his meals to look forward too. If you want to try a personal chef, you’ll be glad you hired Francesco.

My fiancé and I hired Chef Francesco to cook for a private dinner party we hosted. We discovered him through Unilocal,taking into consideration his stellar reviews, and would recommend him just as highly! Before our event, he met with us in person to discuss menu options as well as our preferences, and designed a superb meal. The dinner he prepared personally for us was delicious and seasonal. He took care in plating, showcasing each mouth-​watering dish. Both he and is assistant were friendly and very knowledgeable about the food they served. We still receive compliments and thanks from the guests we invited to share the meal with us. If you are thinking of hiring a private chef, you absolutely cannot go wrong working with Chef Frankie!

There really isn’t a way to accurately describe just how good Chef Francesco is… I will do my best as he truly deserves an excellent review.
I hired him after hearing raves from fellow Moms about this in-​home chef. I needed someone to help make my mother’s birthday extra special. (I must mention that she is not only Gluten-​Free, but kinda picky too…) Chef Frank came over to our house to discuss menu options and survey our kitchen — he was so calm and easy to chat with! We quickly decided on a 4 course menu that seriously sounded too good to be true — except, he actually made it THAT good (or better!) Never in a million years would I have expected such perfect flavors and GORGEOUS presentation in the comfort of my own home — especially after watching him calmly and precisely prep and cook everything all afternoon. We had butternut squash soup, salad, short ribs with polenta and a knock-​your-​socks-​off key lime pie for dessert (ALL gluten-​free!)
Chef Frank was gracious, humble and very kind — oh and can I reiterate what an unbelievable cook he is?! Do yourself a favor and hire Frankie’s Table for any special occasion you can think of! He also does pre-​cooked meals for your fridge/​freezer that are OUT OF THIS WORLD good (and remarkably affordable for what you are getting!) I can’t wait to enjoy another one of his meals again soon — and I’ve already recommended him to all my friends.
