I have used this Notary Service twice, once to Notarize Property Title changes and once to Notarize a Power Of Attorney.
Shannon is awesome! He is a reliable, Mobile Notary Signing Agent. Each time I needed him, it was very last minute and I had no time to waste.
The first time we needed to meet in the San Gabriel Valley /​LA County area to get a third signature while a signing party was taking a work break. The second time we met at a Nursing home where one of my parents was in recovery. We needed to update a Power Of Attorney. He booked the appointments, confirmed them, arrived on time and provided professional services each time.
He travels to LA County, Orange County and I believe some parts of San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. Yes, you have to pay a trip charge, but it is worth it if you need a reliable party who will travel and meet you.
