They fixed their pharmacy department! Hubby and I were just talking about how they have really improved the pharmacy. I remembered I had written a review on how frustrated I was with them. So I figured it was time to update.
The last several times we have been there our orders have been correct, there isn’t a big line, and the help is competent.
What more can I say? Four stars it is…

The pharmacy department is a mess. Rude staff who continually mess up prescriptions, never apologize, and never take any responsibility for their mistakes. I understand messing up something once or even twice (although one would think there should rarely be a mix up with something as important as medications), but when you’ve had more times of having an issue than not having an issue, CVS needs to rethink and rehire

I needed an HDMI cable at 11am on Christmas Day and they had one. A+, CVS.
On other days, it’s a convenient place to get other items, as everyone not living under a rock knows. This used to be a Woolworth dime store and so the tradition continues with CVS. They seem to be doing a good job.

Stopped by CVS after lunch. Store was neat, well displayed and the staff was very nice. Not very busy due to heavy snow storm in the area. Even with CVS/​RGIS was doing a Health Quad Remodel the aisles were clean and organized. Staff was very helpful.

I never wished to be on a first name basis with my pharmacist, however, I am simply there too often. But now I know what a good feeling it is to know the staff knows me and does what they can to help me out. They’ve even directed me to over the counter options if appropriate to save me money. How can you not like that?
Just as any pharmacy, they can get backed up during the rush hours. But when my children’s pediatrician electronically sends over a prescription for one of my kids, it’s almost always waiting for me in the time I leave the office and get to the pharmacy.
As for the rest of the store, it is always clean and well-​organized. I like walking the isles here to pick up whatever else I need. And I often find the CVS brand medication options are just as good as the name brand ones. Something I can’t say about other popular places.
