As a local CPA here in Laguna Hills CA for over forty (40) years; I am told that my standards for the contractors I use, are ridiculously high.
WE NO LONGER USE COURT NICKEL FOR I.T. SERVICES.

I hope that my review doesn’t
cause Court to get so busy he cant take care of me anymore… LOL. I have used Court for many years and can say that I trust no one else with my computers. He is a dedicated professional and has always taken care of my issues at a reasonable price. I highly recommend him for all of your computer needs.

Court did a great solving a problem with my home PC. He installed different malware removal products and it’s been fine ever since. He’s always available when I’ve need help of any kind. Thank God.

All I can do is echo what Steven S. said. In the years I’ve called on him for both routine maintenance and emergencies, Court has shown up when he was needed, done the job I needed done and fixed the problem I needed fixed, and then charged me what I thought was a fair and reasonable amount for his services. He has also always been good about telling me when he was running behind, so I could adjust my schedule accordingly. In addition, Court has always been available to answer my questions and explain things I needed or wanted to know about my computers, how they work and why they do dumb stuff. If everyone I hired to do a job I can’t do myself were as friendly, responsive and competent as Court, my life would be vastly simpler.

I have used Court’s IT services both with my business and personal technology needs. He is extremely competent and responsive. He always responds to inquiries promptly and has never encountered a technology issue that he cannot resolve. His services have included general PC hardware and software issues, connectivity problems and even smartphone glitches. All handled expeditiously and professionally.

I have tried many computer technicians to fix my many computers but none have worked out except Court. Not only a nice guy and solid family man but the smartest and best at what he does. When he’s done my computers actually work better than new.
