ECC Vapors

i think they’re closed now. Probably because, well they sucked at the vape biz. They never had good juice and one of the kids actually told me the juice manufacturers stopped selling to them because they only bought 0 ML nicotine and would add the nic. Which I never trusted some idiot kid doing my dose of nicotine. I went there a few times and stopped because they were kinda rude, customer service sucked.
Glad to know they’re out of business now and they can go back to their core business of fixing cell phones

Not very much to say on this one, but its not good service. Admittedly some of the employees there are very cool and provide good costumer service, but there are a few that just come across as know it all’s when they obviously have no clue what they are talking about. only reason i really use this shop is out of convenience. i would never go there to socialize or spend much time there. Quick juice fix and that’s pretty much it.

Why does this cape shop stick out? Because they make their own juice! They sell a select amount of brand but the reason I love the place is because they will whip up a fresh batch of juice for me every time I walk into the shop. And their juice isn’t just any juice it’s the smoothest juice. With the ⁷⁰⁄₃₀ mix it doesn’t get smoother I haven’t ever been successful at any other cape shops with a smooth juice like e-​cig co’s. Their employes are so knowledgable and respectful I feel like a customer when I walk in unlike other shops where I am not even greeted when I walk in. Any questions you have can be answered her. Try to get that at the other local vape shop «uhh I don’t know…». These guys really know what they are talking about give them a visit. Only down side is their hours aren’t very accommodating for people who work till 5 or 6 pm and closed on Sundays. So catch them when you can! Rewards system is great too epic deals on juice for being a loyal customer!

I previously wrote a «check in» stating that this was our new ecig shop, but reality was that I was checking in to get the discount lol. Well the following week I came in to get a few juices and because they make their own juices on request, I asked for them to be made. The young kid seemed so bothered that I was asking for this service, which they provide and advertise, that I have not been back in about 8 months and would rather travel much further for a decent experience and without the attitude. There was an older gentleman there, which I believe is the owner who never seems to help the customers or much recognize the customers who come in, even if you try to start up a conversation while waiting for your juice to be made.

I’m pretty new to the Vapor community. In fact the only reason I went Vapor was because I was in the hospital for a couple days and my wife went to ECC to buy me a Vapor. Anyhow, when my friend wanted to get one I took him to ECC also.
When we walked in we received the worst service. One guy was actually helping someone. The one with the ponytail was talking to some chicks. In fact the employee from the cellphone repair company had to let them know we were interested in buying. He did that three times before mr ponytail left the females to assist.
If you are familiar with the Vapor world, Great! But we were new and the feeling the employees give off is that «I’m cooler than you feeling. Kinda like, someday you be smoking something like this. As I was looking into a display case, the employee blew his vapor smoke directly at the area I was looking at. The smoke went right into my face. So I politely said, «Don’t blow your f-​ing smoke into my face again.» I wasn’t loud and hostile, just calm and stern.
I really wanted menthol, but they «were out». We were there for about an hour, so I tried all other menthol flavors. I said again and again, I JUST wanted menthol. After deciding on a fruit flavor, the guy asked, «you want me to add menthol?» I said you can do that? He was like, «Yeah, we have menthol flavoring we can add to any liquid.» Uh, are you an idiot?, I thought. Keep the fruit flavor and give me the menthol alone. He did. He also said they were out of Coconut, but what do I see as I’m looking at all the flavors on the racks? That’s right. Coconut. When I shared my experience with my wife, she said her experience was similar with the ponytail guy, too.
Anyhow, we bought some liquids and my friend bought a starter unit and we left. A couple weeks my friend’s unit had been damaged at the metal part and his e-​cig was constantly leaking fluid. Another friend told us about an e-​cig place on Alicia in Laguna Hills. So we decided to check that out.
They had great service. They looked over our units and explained we were over-​charged and given cheap units. We knew we bought cheap units, but the metal part that broke was chipping it’s silver coating… that kind of cheap we didn’t know we bought.
The store has a great layout and looks inviting. The service we received sucked and the products were over-​priced.

Decent prices. Okay customer service depending who you deal with.

Pretty good pricing. This Vape shop is an average shop with average service when i came in the cashier was pretty mellow. He wasn’t very excited but they have decent service. the price isnt bad either. i have high standards for stores like this i think it deserves four stars

walked in with a question and walked out with a full set up.
i got an ego e cig — with the clear vapor thingy with the flavors (super technical) and a pretty battery.
the guy who worked there (owner?) was SO nice and helpful. they make their own «juice”– and set me up with a «tasting» with about 10 flavors that were pretty fun.
get this: u can add vitamins and energy boosters to the juice for a totally custom vape experience.

Ray is the man!, Chill guy to kick it with and really into the vape scene. Not just a store that is looking to make some money. Very extensive knowledge on vaping. Great variety of juice on hand, from naked to high nicotine. Choose a juice and watch the mad scientist make a batch fresh for you! Its like going to Coldstone for adults.

The Electric Cigarette Co. is definitely a place not to be missed. I’ve had experience with electronic cigarettes ever since they started appearing at the Moulton and Crown Valley 7 – 11 in Laguna Niguel. Back then I knew they would be huge, but the quality on these convenience store ones was poor so they didn’t catch on. Now that the number of manufacturers and level of R&D has gone up dramatically, many people have decided to start their own store exclusively for electronic cigarettes. I have gone to E-​Cig City, The Vapor Loft, South County Vapors, E-​Cig Gallery, and Orange County E-​Cig kiosk in Mission Viejo Mall. I’ve been to all several times and made a blog for notes on their pros and cons. The cons are greatly holding these places back unfortunately. I feel the Electric Cigarette Co. is going to be the exception. After 3 visits, it has become my favorite local store. Their selection is alright at the moment, but I’ve been reassured by the staff that more is on the way and I believe them. If your new to electronic cigarettes or need an extra battery or cartridge head over now! Even if you’re experienced vaper, head over and check out the beginnings of a fantastic storefront. As for the products themselves, ECC has found superb manufacturers. I have had zero problems with any of my atomizers, cartridges, batteries, and flavors I have bought from this store. I’ve never tried Juicy ejuice and must say it’s not that bad. The flavor I got was Canadian Maple Magic and is a great morning vape and is satisfying for those looking for a healthy nicotine habit. The maple flavor isn’t overwhelming which I like, but have to try some of their other flavors before judging Juicy as a whole. Their staff also told me they are getting new flavors very soon and I also gave them a couple recommendations. Customer service isn’t just being friendly, what I’ve experienced at most of their local competitors, it’s also being confident and knowledgeable also. That along with awesome staff and reliable products is what you will find at The Electric Cigarette Co. I highly recommend you stop by today and show them your support.
