I cannot tell you how much I appreciate their excellent customer service. I’ve purchased 3 suits from this location and every time I visit their employees are very polite and helpful.
The suits I purchased are very nice and look great for a variety of occasions. I recently bought a dark blue suit that I wore to an interview and then used that same suit for a wedding. The black suit I just purchased is a little more high end and thanks to their excellent sales I was able to get a steep discount. It’s a Joseph Slim black that I’m going to wear to my wedding and because it doesn’t look too formal I’ll reuse it for many other special occasions.
One of the best things about this store is they don’t push you to buy, they just help guide your decision. I don’t feel pressured or overwhelmed by the salesmen.

Jos A Bank continues to amaze me. I’m not sure how they continue to stay in business when they have so many sales! My father just got a few new suits because they had a sale of buy one suit, get 3 free.
Anyways, the sales are always great and today, they had a clearance table with shorts for $ 16 and change. They were down from $ 125 or some ridiculous amount. I got a pair for myself and my dad got a pair as well. Again, I can’t believe their sales.
If I get a job that requires suits, I will definitely be taking advantage of their sales. I would strongly urge you gentlemen to do the same.

Was visiting home and in need of a dress shirt for an important meeting. I didn’t want to drive to Vernon Hills or drop $ 130 on a dress shirt at the other local store. (Maybe the other local store isn’t that high-end, but you get the point)
My sister recommended Jos A Bank, where the former Blockbuster was located, and I cruised on over. They had a big selection of clothing and accessories, but the price tags weren’t so high that I would have been mad at myself for spending so much. (I did write the book on budgeting, after all) They also had a sale going on, so my $ 90 shirt wound up costing me about $ 50. Perfect.
Additionally, the guy even measured me and explained that my usual size was wrong. My sleeves needed to be two inches longer than what I usually wear and he was right… my shirt fit exactly how it should have.
So a great place and great experience. They have a store near me here in Santa Monica, so I look forward to visiting there soon.
