These guys are great. They have fixed our computers, performed a full recovery on a crashed computer, fixed our internet and network problems over the last few years. We recently had a internet/​network connection problem, we called after hours to set an appointment for the morning. Eric called me on my cell phone at 6:50 PM, even though they had already left for the evening and provided support over the phone. Their prices are reasonable and they know what they are doing. If you need IT help these guys are the go to place in south county. We called Best Buy Geek Squad two or three times, we never even received a call back to set an appointment.

I usually don’t take the time to write reviews, but the people at Kinetisys were simply fantastic. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and by far the most reasonably priced. Eric, the gentleman who assisted me, took the time to answer all of my questions and suggested several options I could take to remedy my problem. Eric’s main concern is customer satisfaction. He will do everything possible to fix the problem, but If your computer isn’t worth saving, Eric will tell you so instead of trying to sell you something you don’t need. I can’t believe anyone would give Kinetisys anything other than a 5 star review.

These guys are the best around. I have used this business for years for all of my personal and professional computer repairs. They have gone above and beyond for me countless times. For example, when I was out of the state my personal computer crashed. I was no where near any one that knew a thing about technology, so I thought I would be without a computer for while. But one of their wonderful technicians was able to help me by remotely accessing my laptop via the internet and fix the issue in less than an hour. So awesome! The techs know what they are doing, they make sure the job is done right, and the prices are fabulous too. I recommend Kinetisys to everyone in Orange County!

I have known this comp repair shop through a friend 2 years ago and all I had were excellent services from honest owner and personnels! Saved me a lot of $$$ to repair a computer screen versus bringing in to an Apple Store! 5 stars is not enough to rate them!!! Great Job, keep it up!!!
