We are first-​time home buyers and worked with Jackie in Summer 2015 to purchase our first home in Los Angeles. Jackie is extremely knowledgeable about the industry, and walked us through the entire mortgage and loan process from beginning to end. She was responsive, proactive and incredibly thorough, which is really all you can ask for! We processed our loan with no issues, thanks to Jackie’s prep sessions with us throughout the process.
