Stopped in to get an upgrade in phone and service.
I was still using my forever faithful Blackberry (yes. I said Blackberry. lol)
The Store Rep. Alex is awesome! He is very VERY helpful, patient and funny.
He got me set up on an Lg optimus F3 and so far (one week in to it)
has worked GREAT!
I Live in Santa Ana, but took the time to drive over there and would’nt have had it any other way.
There was an issue when porting my number, due to my carrier that I was transferring my number from and ALEX helped me there in store every step of the way and made sure it was all cleared up and transfered before I left.
Great experience, VERY nice phone. AWESOME customer service!
