Roofing Repair OC

I cannot say enough great things about Manny from Roofing Repair OC. He was unbelievably wonderful and responsive during the rainy season. We couldn’t get anyone else to even return our calls until days later and they wanted to schedule repairs weeks later, but not Manny. He and his crew came out the next morning after me calling him late in the evening the previous day, and they fixed not only a huge leak in our master bedroom by our fireplace chimney, but also found another leak from the outside we didn’t even know existed in a bedroom closet on the other side of the house! We saw the stains inside the ceiling right were he told us, and he repaired that part of the roof too. He also alerted us to some broken tiles in the front roof that would eventually cause problems and he repaired them as well. His pricing was very very reasonable. We are extremely pleased, and highly recommend RROC! :)

Manny came out to take a look at our leaking roof and was not only able to repair it the same day but also noticed another part of the roof that was getting ready to leak when El Nino comes he took care of both leaks and now No more leaks = happy wife! thank you Manny and your crew.

Manny also does gutters. Didn’t need new ones, but Manny came out and did some much needed maintenance for me. He cleaned and repaired gutters competently. Couldn’t get a lot of guys to call back right away or at all, but Manny called within 10 minutes and came same day to check job. We agreed on a day and he showed as promised. Gotta recommend such service.

I’ve been a self employed handyman in Mission Viejo for over 15 years. Roof repairs were something I was not willing to under take, to much liability. I sought out a reputable, independent, local roofer and met Rick Hurley who met that crteria. I referred all my roofing repairs to him with never a complaint from my clients. A few years ago Rick retired and called to let me know that his right hand man Manny, who had been with him from the start, was going to be absorbing his clientele and gave me his phone number. Since then I’ve been using Manny for all my roofing repair referrals. He takes pride in his work, is good, reasonable, and local to Mission Viejo. I don’t believe you’re going to find a better independent roofer in the area.
