The bagels are extremely inconsistent… When they are at their best, they are fairly solid(even if stingy on cream cheese). The Swiss is a fairly unique option for me and the Everything bagel refreshingly uses green onion. However, I never know what my bagel is going to taste like. Honestly, I don’t know if my bagel will be toasted or not… The employees certainly don’t know either; it is clear they just don’t listen or care. In fact some look really young; maybe this is their way of rebelling against early servitude. Forget ordering extra toasted; you’re lucky if your bagel is even kissed by their toaster. To top everything off, it is never fun getting a bagel that is clearly half the size of your companion’s bagel; it makes you feel like the red headed step child. No matter, as I don’t usually finish the entire bagel. Except this time, the new surprise was some type of oil or butter uninvited on half of my bagel. I gladly passed on that half. To be fair, I will extol their best virtue: they are located near Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf.

I love this place! The staff is always super friendly and they have super good bagel sandwiches. They even throw alfalfa sprouts in there which I can rarely find anywhere else. And what’s even cooler is they extended their hours to close a little bit later. I highly recommend eating here. You won’t be disappointed.

These bagels are great! My favorite is the jalapeño cheddar bagel with either egg, bacon, and cheese or just cream cheese. Yum! The staff is friendly and the best thing is that no matter how busy they get(and they DO get busy) my order is always right. This is our new go-to place for bagels.

Mmmmmm the cinnamon bagel definitely gets me every time! It has just the right amount of sweetness and cinnamon-ness, the texture is just right soft and chewy and if you add their freshly made blueberry cream cheese it is a straight shot to heaven! The everything bagel is so amazing as a breakfast sandwich! The seasoning on top gives the sandwich some great flavor but does not overwhelm the soft chew bagel. This place is definitely one to hit up for a quick breakfast! ***I went back again this weekend and they didn’t have the cinnamon bagel so I opted for the French toast bagel. It could be somewhat comparable but the French toast definitely had a maple undertone and less cinnamon sugar. Just in case anyone else wanted to know or was a cinnamon bagel lover!

I love bagels and while these are tasty, I feel a bit pricey considering they just have your average flavors. $ 15 for a dozen is about three times as much as you pay at the grocery store and I feel they were not that much better. I kept it simple with my favorite, the everything bagel as well as one with swiss as that looked the best. Toasted at home they were good, but did not wow me to need to come back here. Store is simple, serve yourself and pay at the register, service was ok, nothing special. They also offer bagel sandwiches at around $ 5 each and have a few seats inside as well as out.

Best bagel shop in my eyes, I always get the jalapeño cheese bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. It is hands down the best combination. I’ve tried their sandwiches and nothing seems to compares to their bagels and cream cheese.

Pretty dang tasty! I got the everything bagel with cream cheese, avocado, egg whites and lemon pepper. Can’t remember which speciality breakfast bagels I purchased again, but it was one of their popular ones but I decided to add egg whites. Bad decision because the egg whites are so big once added on top that you can barely fit the whole thing in your mouth. Not complaining though, it all tasted great! New favorite bagel spot.

Hubby got the Baja Malibu with a jalapeño bagel & was in heaven. He really wanted to get a second. I got a plain bagel with avocado, cream cheese & lemon pepper. It was simple & tasty. The lemon pepper was large, freshly grounded flakes. We would definitely go back if we are ever in the area again.

Tried to overcharge me for egg, cheese, and sausage bagel, then gave me the wrong change. Prerequisite for cashier position, good math skills.

This place is my go-to on the weekend for breakfast. Their bagels are always fresh and tasty. I’m really picky about how some places make their eggs, but bagel shack has hands-down the best eggs ever. Never a disappointment coming here. Service is fast and friendly as always!

Not a fan I ordered my bagels pay and then ask for them buttered since I was not asked how I wanted them, I guess you get them dry, and I was charged an additional 1.35 to butter my two bagels

Good bagels Decent service Ratty atmosphere. A little too«in your face with Jesus» for non Cristian clients I think. Other than that not too bad.

After yesterday miss understanding at the bagel shack. And the owner being so respectful. Him speaking to me with so much respect. And coming into today. I couldn’t be much happier. I love coming to this place when I’m in the area. And will continue to come in here. The bagels are so good. He even recommend me a bagel to try. He wasn’t trying to get me to remove the review or anything else. He was just being an owner that was wondering what really had happened yesterday when I was there. *** Tip*** Small places such as this one costumers are very observant to what’s going on in the place. And most employees don’t know it sometimes the employees reflex on the owner. But I have to say that employee is not the reflection of the owner of the place. And I can’t be mad at how that employee was.

Really good, average priced bagels. They also have a good variety. The reason for only 3 stars is two-fold. 1. The coffee is just okay. I don’t order it anymore. 2. They take so long to prepare a toasted bagel with cream cheese! It was a Sunday morning and there were a number of people waiting, but I couldn’t help but notice one person preparing every order and three people standing and waiting for her to finish each order. I think some cross training and contingency training for people at the register to be able to jump in and get the orders out would make me a much more pleased patron. I’m not exaggerating when I say that it was 15 minutes to get a bagel. My elderly mom went out to the car to sit down and I picked up her order for her because she couldn’t stand there anymore. Just get some killer coffee and increase your efficiency, Bagel Shack, and I will be back all the time.

How do people actually think this place is good? First of all, their bagels are sitting out in the open, uncovered. What the hell, people? Do you not find this completely unsanitary? What if I was a young, curious kid being raised by self-absorbed parents, went up to this bagel case and started touching it with my gross fingers?! How hard is it for them to have a plastic or glass encasing like most normal food establishments? Okay, here we go. I have an appointment at 9:00AM at a nail salon in the same shopping center, but my nail technician texts me letting me know that she will be about 15 minutes late. I have time to kill. After working on a case throughout the night and a 6AM workout, I decide I should probably grab a coffee. I spot a Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, so I head there. BUT, I hate coffee and do not drink it. Debating whether to go in or not, I spot Bagel Shack and automatically assume they’ll have some sort of fresh juice press or a selection of smoothies. I enter and see the open encasement of bagels with the doors wide open. Go ahead and fill in the blanks. Anyways, I look at the menu and am extremely disappointed in the selection of smoothies available to the customer. There’s literally like 4 or 5 to choose from. I decide to go for some berry one and get an «upper» with the Asiago cheese bagel. The smoothie was so chunky and didn’t taste like anything special. I think my friend’s two-year old son could make me something way better. They clearly do not know what an Asiago cheese bagel is… this thing tasted like crap. I kept smelling this foul odor every time I moved closer to the sandwich, so I decide to take a bite. Worst. Mistake. Ever. This thing tasted like old milk and eggs combined. The bacon was disgusting, the eggs were soggy and old, the cheese was hard. I think they must have given me someone else’s sandwich because, good Lord, this sandwich was cold and tasted terrible. I took a bite, gagged, then decided to pick apart the sandwich, with hope that I would find something good. The egg was bad, the bacon was bad, and the bagel was awful. I don’t even know how this place has good reviews; to me it was disgusting. I have lived in New York and know what authentic NY-style bagels taste like and these do not compare. At least the service was quick and friendly. Food was terrible. Never going back.

This place just gets better and better. I’ve previously reviewed this place with praise for their fresh and delicious bagels, friendly staff, and great service. I get bagels here at least twice a week for my office staff and they never disappoint, even when they fall short(see below). Here’s my update story. We came in for our usual salmon bagel and regular bagel. They were really busy and whatever reason there was a mistake and my salmon bagel was made with everything but the salmon. I called and spoke with Chad(manager I assume) and politely explained what happened. Without even skipping a beat Chad apologizes and says he’s going to send someone with my proper bagel. I was stunned. I offered to come get the replacement but he rather insisted. 10 minutes later someone showed up at my office and delivered the proper salmon bagel. Not only are their bagels delicious, they truly made me feel like a valued customer far above and beyond simple customer service. I won’t ever go anywhere else for our bagels that’s for sure.

I can’t say I’m a fan. I was unimpressed by their Sundried Tomato Bagel and their coffee. The bagel did not taste fresh. The sun dried tomato cream cheese was good, but the bagel tasted dry and wasn’t very large. Their coffee was weak. The Bagel Shack has seating outside. What my husband had, a bagel with lox and cream cheese, looked much better than what I had. It was larger and looked tastier. It cost more, of course. I found the taste of this to be very good. That’s what pushes the rating up to a 3. There are better bagel places. I think Bruegger’s Bagels, Bagels and Brew, and It’s a Grind serve better bagels.

I used to like this place. But after coming here today, it changed my mind… Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I ordered 1 Bagel =($ 1.25 + tax) & an Iced Latte. So the owner gives me the total. Rings me up, I pay and I ask for a small side of cream cheese to go with my bagel.(I thought this would be free since this is a bagel place…) Anyhow, he says, «that’s going to be more, it’s $ 1.73 please»(for literally 2 Tbsp of cream cheese — I can almost buy a whole 6oz container at the store for $ 1.73!). I bite my tongue and pay up cuz I want cream cheese with my bagel… So, I get back to the office and have a sip of my iced latte and noticed that it has coffee grinds at the bottom of the cup! Nice… Overall just not a good experience this time around. I can live without yuckky poorly made iced lattes from here and their overpriced bagels & cream cheese. Deuces!
