After watching two high school classmates transform on FB I decided I must get in on this! I was so tired of being tired!!! tired of hiding from pictures missing out on get togethers, etc… So I reached out to the camp to attend their orientation, I was a bit nervous going inside I thought everyone would be starring at how over weight I was, not the case at all! Everyone there(including the others attending orientation) made me feel comfortable right away there was no judgment :) I couldn’t wait to get started! And so I went out and bought everything I would need to help make this transformation happen! 6 weeks later I’m a changed woman, I lost 22.2 pounds and hope to never find it again! Lol This camp couldn’t be more amazing! The staff never stops encouraging you, and the trainers are the absolute best!!! Now on to my next challenge! Can’t stop won’t stop!!! :)

I love the Camp! At first i thought woow free this is amazing, so i went to orientation and i was kinda bumped that there was a 500 deposit to do the challenge. But i thought to myself i never do anything for my self and i am worth those 500. Soo i joined the challenge. At first i thought oo no biggie ill just stay FTDI but as soon as i started it was sooo hard because thats when i realized how unhealthy i was eating because it was hard for me to FTDI because of the specific food i was suppose to eat by the 3rd week i was use to it and i felt great becyase u had already lost i believe 12lbs and time went by so fast. Especially with the awsome staff. They are great always cheering for you and helping you. The workouts are amazing i absolutely love them, it gives so much enegry at 7am which before i never had! Im glad i introduced the camp in my life i see the big difference. THANKYOU!

I found The Camp Transformation Center like most people, through an add on Facebook. I normally ignore all those«suggested posts» but this one caught my eye. «Lose 20 lbs in 6 weeks» and for free? I’m listening… I went to the orientation the next week to find out what it was all about. After hearing all the details I ended up signing up for my first challenge. What did I have to lose? Fast forward 6 weeks, not only did I lose 23 lbs but I gained even more. I gained back confidence I had lost many years and many pounds ago. I gained a wonderful group of supportive and encouraging trainers, staff and a family of other«campers» to go through this change with. It is what I had been missing all the other times I have tried to lose weight. I never had the support system behind me keeping me accountable. The challenge was just that, a challenge. It was tough to always stick to the right food choices and avoid temptations when everyone around me was indulging. I wasnt always easy to get up early and go workout when I wanted to stay in bed, but I am so happy I did. I love my AFF(awesome fit family) and cant wait to start my second challenge to get me closer to my weight loss goal for my wedding in April.

I saw the add on Facebook for a free 6 week challenge. I didn’t think much of it but decided to see what it is abut(nothing is free right?) Well I ended up getting invited to the orientation the following week. When I showed up at the Lake Forest location you could tell it was just barely opening. There was no carpet down in the back room and the walls were being painted. I still was a little hesitant at this point but was willing to stay for the orientation. Once the orientation started they started talking about the challenge and the meal plan, and then the deposit. At this point I just kind of rolled my eyes. Of course it wouldn’t be «Free». I decided what the heck anyways and whipped out my credit card.(I’ve been spending $ 100+ at another gym a month so I decided to put that on hold and try this out). Within the first week I saw a huge change in my body and lost 6lbs. 6 lbs in one week!?! ya that happened. and then I lost another 4 lbs the following week. The work outs are hard and the trainers push you. It’s 100 times different then going to a regular gym. I didn’t feel insecure and trainers taught you well and helped me with my form. The music is blasting and you meet a ton of people that are in your same boat. You can still go at your own pace or modify the workouts if you have past injuries. I did push myself b/c I wanted to see it on the scale. After the 4th week, I didn’t loose as much as I had hoped(went on a little vaca and cheated a bit) but the way my body change was ridiculous! I had collar bones! Those of you that have been over weight your whole life will know what I’m talking about. My arms were starting to show definition and my stomach was shrinking. Going into my last week on the challenge I had 4 lbs to loose I was a little down about that because I didn’t think I could make it, however I was at the point that if I didn’t get my deposit back I was ok with that because my body and self confidence was rockin! Either way I kept trucking along and ended up loosing the 4 lbs plus some. The Camp has changed me for the long haul. For a total loss of 23.5 lbs in 6 weeks. I just signed up for my second challenge and cant wait to say byyyyeeee to another 20lbs forever! Thank you to the trainers and my family and friends for all their support.
