We Play Loud

Despite the fact that my baby loved crawling around and had fun in the toddler area my 10 month old daughter ended up getting pink eye and now has hand foot and mouth disease! She’s my only child and is not in daycare or has been around any other kids this past week other than We Play Loud. I understand it’s a really common thing to contract in places like that but we were only there for an hour tops.
I’m just wondering how often the toddler area is being deep cleaned and the mini ball pit probably isn’t the best idea to keep in an infant area if they aren’t being sanitized on a regular basis.
We’ve had an urgent care visit and two dr visits this week alone and her temperature has been over 103. I don’t think we will be returning to we play loud anytime soon! It’s not worth seeing my child this sick! :(

very awesome place to take the little ones, especially in the summer! my 1 ½ year old loved it! She really became more independent since parents can not go on anything except the slides and bounce house. I would really love for the cafeteria to have actual food for the kids. We had to go eat in the hot weather in the car with no AC (car problems) because we went during dinner time. Other than that, it was really good. The staff was very friendly. Do not even try to sit on anything that isnt the white little cubbies to sit on. They’ll tell you right away. I saw them cleaning and disinfecting a lot, so that was a plus too!

Took my son here for some air conditioned play. It was pretty reasonable for the price and he had a blast. Not as big as Billy Beez in Anaheim but seemed quite clean.

We took our 13 month old here and he absolutely loved it! There is a separate area for toddlers (2 and under), so they have a great sized area to play on their own without having to wort about being run over by bigger kids. However, the toddlers are also permitted to play in the general area, which he loved as well!
The play areas were clean, they take great care of the equipment and everyone there is friendly, kiddos generally do their own thing — as do the parents. It was a great, relaxing way to spend time with our son — especially on a hot day! It’s a great alternative to the park, with lots of activities for them to explore :)
The admission for 2 adults and one kiddo was priced correctly IMO — and you get two hours to play. My son didn’t quite make it to two hours, he was ready for a nap, but played for 1.5 hours and he was so happy!
We will definitely be frequenting this place during the summer months when the temps are high and we want to get out of the house without having to worry about baking in the sun :)

My husband and I hosted our son’s 3^rd birthday here this past weekend and Kyle, our host, went above and beyond in accommodating our needs. Kyle was Super Man! He and the rest of the staff unloaded both of our cars and Kyle was critical in helping us set up the party in less than 30 minutes! He gave us direction but was NOT bossy or pushy. I literally could not have had such a smooth and successful party without him. He had a smile on his face the entire time and was fast and precise. I don’t know how long he’s been working there but boy was he a PRO!
We had Pizza Hut deliver our food and we ordered salads from El Pollo Loco. The party was from 1−3pm. We let the kidos play and adults mingle and eat until about 2:15, then Kyle rounded everyone up for the cake cutting. After my son blew out the candles, Kyle cut and distributed slices to everyone. At 2:40pm he also started cleaning up and taking items back to my car. We were done cleaning and all of our guests were out of the room by 2:59pm! The time flew by and everyone was impressed with We Play Loud’s activities for the kids. So many local parents had never been there and LOVED It. They’ll definitely be taking their kids back to play! I only wish we have an extra 30 minutes or so to relax and play with our kids once everything was packed, but other than that I have no complaints. Thank you We Play Loud for providing such a fun and interactive place for my son. We created a beautiful memory for him and cannot be more happy with our experience. I highly recommend having your child’s birthday party at We Play Loud! Definitely worth the price as other places don’t allow as many guests as We Play Loud Does. You can have up to 55 people on your Guest List — amazing!

I took my boys here with a friend. The prices for entrance was very reasonable… around $ 7/​person for 2 hours of play time. When you enter, you need to sign a waiver and each person get a sticker tag. The kids get one with their names on it and the chaperones get one with their kids’ names on it. I really liked that when we were exiting the place, the employees checked the stickers to make sure that the adult was taking out the correct child. Great job on safety!!!
There were lots for the kids to do. Definitely look at the website and pictures on Unilocal to get a good idea. While we were there the employees were going around cleaning the play structures (a huge plus) and they were very friendly with the children there.
You can only bring in water and milk or formula for your child, as there is a food court in there.
Also, don’t forget to bring socks… no shoes once you get into the play areas. :)

Went to we play loud again and just wanted to comment on their continued cleanliness and awesome customer service
We went Thursday around 2pm with our boys (2 and 4yo)
My 4 year old loves playing in the foam ball room and pushing the button to dump them out after loading
There was another family playing with one and their son was hoarding it (which is fine, I know kids can get a little touchy over who gets to push the botton lol) but the other dumper wasn’t working
I didn’t see a sign on it so I wasn’t sure of the staff was aware
I notified the guy at the front and within minutes one of the gals was working on it to try to fix it
With the help of another employee the girls were able to dislodge a ball pit ball that someone had put in it that had blocked the tube and it was back up and running
The smile on my little guys face is the reason we will continue coming back here
And I noticed some new songs on the rotation! Lol very nice

I take my kids here fairly frequently and most recently held my daughter’s 4^th birthday party here.
We Play Loud is one of many indoor playgrounds but it is by far the best, most clean and most fun place of its kind. There are always people walking around cleaning the rides with wipes that don’t have harsh chemicals like bleach. They also have a walled off toddler area for the little ones. Basically this place is fun for mobile babies, up to probably age 6 – 7.
The birthday party was a great experience. They have their preferred caterers, we went with Mountain Mike’s Pizza (which was very good, and on time), but you are free to bring your own food and drinks. They have 2 party rooms that allow up to 55 people each, which was more than enough for us.
Their staff will put up your decorations and unload your car. The only thing they don’t do is transport your cake, because cakes are delicate (as I learned the hard way today, it looked like there was a earthquake down the middle of my cake by the time I got to We Play Loud). Afterwards they cleaned up, packed up the cars with our left overs and presents and we were good to go. This was literally the least stressful birthday party I have ever thrown.

My daughter loved we play loud! Sort of hard to find, fairly clean. Bring socks. My socks left fairly clean in the end so they maintain it. 13 dollars for two people not a bad price. Plenty of toys and not busy for closing time on a Saturday.
Adults can jump in the blow up jumper but are not allowed on other equipment.

We had our son’s 4^th birthday yesterday and we had such a great time.
The staff is very helpful assisting, setting up, unloading and loading all the stuff.
They already approached us when we parked to help even before we went in.
This is a great place for kids to have their birthday parties!

I am so torn with We Play Loud. I have been taking my daughter there for a little more than a year, but in the last 6 months we have had to reduce the amount of times we come in. We we first started going, you would walk in and it would smell clean. You always saw at least 1 – 2 workers wiping down everything. It seems like they have cut down the staff and I never see anyone wiping anything down. You see them picking up the big foam blocks, adjusting the ride on animals (toddler area), and putting the balloons back in the balloon area… but never wiping anything.
I noticed my daughter and I were getting sick all the time. I didn’t think anything of it until I noticed that we were getting sick the week after we went to We Play Loud. The last 5 times we have gone we got a cold or the flu. I didn’t want to believe that we were getting sick from there, but it happens without fail every time. Maybe we are unlucky, but I truly believe that it is from their staff just hanging out at the front instead of cleaning like they used to.
That being said, my 2.5 year old loves playing here. We always have a great time. I just don’t enjoy the cold souvenirs we have been leaving with lately. If they increase their cleaning, I will be more than happy to change my review– and start going once a week like we used to in the beginning. Until then, we will be avoiding We Play Loud.

We had my daughter’s 2^nd birthday party here and it was great! I can’t say enough about how amazing We play Loud is! It probably the best indoor play in the area. Great for kids and party birthdays. super clean, safe, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
We had such a great experience, customer service is excellent! As soon as we arrived we had staff members helping getting thing into the party room, they set– up everything and pack up you car, served our guests. The kids love this place and everyone had a fantastic time.
I will definitely recommend this place to everyone!

We Play Loud is probably the best indoor play area in south county. They have a HUGE baby/​toddler area (delightfully named the V.I.B. section — Very Important Baby) where only children 2 years and under can go inside. The staff are constantly cleaning this section as well, which I really appreciate.
We Play Loud is BIG… with so many indoor attractions that kids of all ages can expel their energy on. As always, it’s a bit on the expensive side (because this is south county, afterall)… Two adults and two kids will run you just under $ 30. But it’s totally worth it.
The only complaint I have is that when it gets crowded, the bigger kids can be extremely rough and rowdy. My little girl wanted to get into the balloon area, but she would probably have gotten trampled by the big 6 year old boys who were overtaking that area.

Had my sons 4^th birthday party on Saturday. Can’t say enough what a relief it was to not have to worry about anything during the party and actually get to play with my children! On top of that, we didn’t to have to clean up either!
Excellent customer service and great attitude from every employee. I love taking my kids here.
We’ll definitely have a future birthday party here.

Amazing experience! I brought my crawling 10 month old here and we had a great time! It was super clean, safe and he had a blast crawling around playing in the baby area. I saw their flyers for birthday parties and knew this is what we HAD to do for his BIRTHDAY PARTY!
Fast forward to today… My son just had his 1^st birthday party at WPL and it was better then I could have imagined! We were allowed up to 40 guests for the 2 hour admission time. In addition we had a private party room where I was able to decorate and feed our guests. And the best part, we had out own coordinator (Karen) who was AMAZING! She took care of everything for me. She set up all the tables, food displays, hung decorations, etc. She even made me a plate of food because I was so busy with the birthday boy.
I was a little intimidated after reading the sample contract online. There seems to be so many rules and a fine for anything that could go wrong. However, after having my party I understand that they just have to cover themselves for all the crazy/​idiotic/​psychopaths in this world. (Like the dumb 1-​star review givers on this website.) The entire staff couldn’t have been nicer. And I wasn’t charged for anything ‘additional’ or any penalties at all!
One more thing… When you book a private party, you get a reserved parking space. When we pulled up, they literally had 6 people come out and grab everything out of my car!!! I carried my purse and the baby and that was it! Booking my son’s party here was the BEST DECISION I COULD HAVE MADE!
Two thumbs up… Five stars… A+… 100% for We Play Loud!

Just an update. We love this place…
Clean. A lot of activities for the kids. It’s so popular now because they did it right.
And now they have more stuff for kids to ride on and do!!! They need to expand and make it bigger!!!

This place has always been amazing! They really out did themselves when we decided to have our son’s 2 year old birthday party there this past week. We did a Wednesday morning party at 10am which was perfect for all the toddlers plus the facility was not crowded. A 2 hour time window was booked (more would have been extra) but it was most ideal for all the little ones. Felt super fast from an adult point of view but perfect for the toddlers.
Our party host, Karen (one of the managers) was AMAZING!!! Such a life saver! She literally did EVERYTHING so my husband and I could relax, enjoy the party and spend time with our son and guests. She even unpacked our car when we arrived (in our reserved special birthday spot complete with a sign and balloons. nice tough guys) and loaded everything back into our car, packed up left overs, set up the décor, EVERYTHING! She was the best!!! My husband and I were joking that we may never be able to host another party without a party host ever again! What a luxury, and its included! (We tipped her of course)
We had the local El Toro Rd Chick-​fil-​a cater the party out of convenience and who doesnt like Chickfila food. They were amazing and even gave my son a little toy, birthday card, and gift card for ice cream! Nice touch!
The whole party was perfect. I can’t recommend them enough! All the guests parents and children loved the facility. We have been to We Play Loud numerous times and it is always clean. There is 1 – 2 employees constantly cleaning (straightening toys up and wiping down). As a sort of germ freak mom this is great! I am glad they got rid of the ball pit, not only because my son and others always threw the balls out but I can’t image those balls are easy to clean.
The toddler area is perfect! That is my son’s favorite but the entire place is super cool! Great for toddlers all the way up to 6 years old I would imagine.

This place is so much fun! It sort of reminds me of the scene in Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory when they first enter the room where you can eat everything. There were moving rides, mini merry go rounds, swinging lollipop looking things, gummy looking animals to ride on, and vibrant colors everywhere. My son was so excited when we entered!
Pros:
–The whole place is pretty much padded up so even if the little ones fall, they’ll be ok :)
— It looks clean! They have people cleaning things all the time, with wipes and a little vacuum cleaner.
–They have fenced off sections such as one area for toddlers only. This sections is great for tummy time for infants, and for toddlers who are just learning how to crawl or walk etc. My son especially loved the trampoline thing with water underneath it.
— They have other sections for bigger kids and if they are 2 years old, they can play in all the areas. They have this ball room with little foam balls, where it has these vacuums that sucks the balls up and you press a button and they fall down on you from top! My son also loved riding on the airplane that moves.
–They have a mini café that sells drinks and snacks. You can’t bring your own food, just water and milk for babies.
— Kids get free ice cream if you show their name tag to the Chick fil-​a down the street.
Cons:
–Admission is a tad bit on the pricey side especially for only the 2 hours they give you… I am comparing the price with other play houses like this. It’s $ 13 something for a child and adult, plus $ 6 for every additional adult. So we spend $ 26 for the 2 hrs.
— Adults can barely go on any of the areas that kids might need a bit more supervision such as climbing things. There’s not much freedom like some other places for adults to go in areas with their child. Staff watches you like a hawk lol.
–Bathrooms don’t have some sort of sandals or crocs like I have seen at other play places… I mean even if you are in your socks, a bathroom is a bathroom and I felt uncomfortable going in with just my socks on.
— Can’t bring your own snacks and drinks. Yeah I know they have their own stuff but I would think at least drinks for kids should be ok! Not a big deal though.
Overall, a fun place for kids and tiring for adults lol. It’s all worth it when your kids are happy and had fun though! :)

I continue to be impressed by this place. We just threw our daughter’s 5^th birthday party here, and the party host and venue is as amazing as the reviews say. They left a voicemail on my cellphone earlier in the week to make sure I didn’t have any outstanding questions, and told me we were allowed to come up to 30 minutes earlier than our party start time for setup. They had reserved parking up front for us (with our daughter’s name on a sign and balloons). As we pulled up, 5 employees immediately came over to our car to help us bring in our stuff.
Since we booked the 10 – 12 pm party time, but got there a little earlier, our kids were able to play freely before the crowds came while I helped guide the setup.
Everything was just so smooth, stress-​free, and easy here! Love that they allow you to come in/​out of the party room during your booked timeslot, so it’s not like other places where you’re forced to stay in the room for 1 hour, then play for the next hour.
At the end, they did all the cleanup and breakdown for us too. All we had to do was hand them our car keys, and they put all the presents, décor, extra leftover food, etc back into the car for us. Loved having our party here, and won’t hesitate to do it again!
P. S. We got catering from Cicero’s and we highly recommend them! I’ll write a separate review for them, but they were friendly, punctual, and delicious. It’s also easy to order your food through their website.

Great place to bring the kiddos! The staff was very polite and welcoming the second I walked in the door.
It’s nice and cool inside, immaculate (including the restrooms), and great music playing… not kid music thank god. Everything is padded too.
There is a huge toddler area which I love! I saw the staff walking around every 5 minutes to clean and dust bust. My 1 year old twins had a great time and I can’t wait to go back.
Pricing is reasonable. It was around $ 20 for me plus my twins and the socks I had to purchase.
There is a café area too. I liked that I could just let the kids crawl around and I didn’t have to worry about them getting trampled by older kids like at Pretend City. It never seems too crowded either… I’ve been on a thursday and a saturday. Plenty of parking as well.

We spent our nieces birthday here. The kids were pumped! And we as new parents were excited to take our L.O. and let him play and interact with the other children there and of course spend QT with all of Liam’s cousins.
As you walk in, you are immediately asked to log in and make sure to sign in all the children as well as a safety waiver. Admission comes out to around $ 6 each. Not bad compared to Pretend City and a few other children’s gyms we have been to.
Make sure you bring socks! If not then you are asked to purchase their socks. Also, they have a strict rule on outside food. Only time you are allowed outside food is when you reserve a big party in their 2 different event rooms. They do however sell snacks and drinks there. No big deal.
We Play Loud is also very strict on cleanliness and there were a few times I noticed tentative attendants walking around making sure the grounds were clean with antibacterial sprays and what not.
The play areas are divided into two… There is the infants and young toddlers area which can range from about 9 months old to some 3 year olds. This infant/​toddler area consists of your usual pipe mazes, small slides, carousel, inflated pools with those mcdonalds style balls inside (Liam’s fave) and also a caged type area mylar balloon house for kids to juggle and pounce about. All good fun and games for mainly little ones that can only crawl and the ones who can’t walk on their own yet.
Then there’s the bigger kids area that consists of a few carousal style inflated, octopus ride, space ships propelled by yours truly and fellow parents and a cool looking airplane and Captain Adorable’s ski boat. There is also a full sized bounce house for the parents to get some much needed fun and exercise in. I personally had a good time in here and built up a good sweat. Liam’s other fave was the full size side by side slides and the caged ball area with cool fans that juggle the balls in the air and launch them up in the sky.
There is also a few other punching bag style mazes as well as a yoga ball style area for bigger kids to pounce and bounce around in.
All in all We Play Loud is good wholesome fun time for the kiddies and a little share of much needed bouncing and running around for the adults.
