Curt(owner) was very pleasant and accommodating when making appointment for the move. Delavan to Williams Bay. We had all the boxes and misc. moved over already, they just needed to move the remaining furniture. The beds were already disassembled, and the majority of furniture on the first floor. We were surprised that they insisted to disassemble our antique tables(of which one where the wheel broke). As mentioned above, we were moving 10 mins away. Although, we appreciate care to our belongings, we were not prepared to pay for the time it took to wrap and pack the furniture, as if we were moving cross country. While unloading at the final destination, they seemed determined to keep their truck in uniform condition on our dime. It was mentioned to me earlier in the day that we were the only job for the day, so why they couldn’t take time after the move to fold the blankets and organize the truck was baffling. At one point, the owner was in the truck on his cell phone, one helper was off to the side having a smoke, and then the third guy was folding blankets… We were charged by the hour… Upon final billing, we were charged an addtl. Hour than the original invoice. We were prepared to tip each guy but in the end, decided that we had paid more than our fair share.
