I had shopped at this store for years, from when it was a full sized, full service liquor store, to when it downsized twice to the size of a card shop. I never asked if the store was taken over, but when it comes to picking out a special wine, I didn’t have to worry, I always got great advice. Those were days gone by. This tiny store is jam packed with liquor and wines and if you read the tabs above the wine, that is all the help you are going to get. Cash or credit and bye is all that is said to you. This place has gone downhill.

When I go into a liquor store, wine store or beer distributor, I like to look around and see the different brands the store sells, what sales are being offered as well as how the store is stocked. If the store is pushing $ 5 wine bottles and no specialty items, I know its a place I wouldn’t want to frequent. I was surprised by Fox’s Liquor Inc.(Add the Inc for incredible??) Yes, its true they had a bunch of «grabber» bottles for the uninformed shopper. Me? I was looking around and found a nice rioja wine on sale?! How many stores have rioja wine even offered? I ask about Hendrick’s Gin. «Does it ever go on sale?»(I know it doesn’t) The counter person was very friendly and informative. No, that brand rarely goes on sale I know in my brain that St Germain as well as Hendrick’s Gin is about $ 30 per bottle. I did find a «small» bottle for about $ 17 bucks. Throw in the rioja wine and whats that, Mix and Match for $ 5, small bottles? Sailor Jerry that I wanted to try? I like this place!
