Old Navy

Went here looking for jeans and left with nothing because we couldn’t find a pair that was the right size. Piles and piles of unsorted jeans thrown around tables all over the store. Christ, guys. Have someone going around the store folding and keeping up with merchandise! I’ll upload pictures to show you all what I mean by piles.

As the season is changing, so is my wardrobe and Old Navy is just the place for that. This location is quite organized and has a large variety of styles and sizes. The employees are friendly and helpful. Although the lines can get quite long at the registers, employees handle them with grace & professionalism. Dressing rooms available to try before you buy! Sign up for emails to frequently receive coupons and notifications of upcoming sales. Let us not forget CLEARANCE! Old Navy’s clearance section may be a bit disorganized, however true gems are hidden in those racks! For example: $ 5 dress pants, $ 3 sweaters $ 10 jumpsuits etc. this location also has a large section of jeans, activewear, coats and sleepwear! Don’t hesitate! Try them out! Apparently I wasn’t invited to the sale (or the female persuasion). Staff dealt with the massive lines well and didn’t seem too irked by the uncovered, awkward lights above their heads. Average selection in a gaudy spot that was semi-​well-​maintained that used to be a Toys ‘R’ Us.

This low rating is for Old Navy jeans in general. I went here since there was a jean sale. I lost weight so I really needed some new jeans. I was all damn excited and I see a wall of jeans as far as the eye can see! At first glance I thought this was jean mecca, until I realized there is an infestation if skinny jeans EVERYWHERE! When did this country get this EMO? WHat about regular people or chicks like me with big thighs or calfs, what are we to do? I would say that store is 90% skinny jeans – whatever happened to boot cut or flare? There were some bootcuts, but very few and there was no organization, after looking for 30 minutes, I gave up and ran outta there with empty hands and heart.

Stopped in here on Black Friday. Plenty of smiling staff members, and plenty of product available, even if the store looked like it had been torn up. Pretty much to be expected on such a busy shopping day.
